Very good tour - A very complete tour, in the morning our guide was Norlan and was quite attentive and explained to us very well also was watching the members of the group left behind, that although we go on the quieter trail if you need some physical condition and suitable shoes, the food we were given was delicious, in the afternoon the tour of the bridges changed guide to Augustine and also widely recommended, we extended a bit because we took time to explore and see various species. Thanks for everything, Greetings from Mexico.

A great way to see Volcano Arenal - Due to my stuffup, I had to reschedule my morning hike to an afternoon one and the operator was very forgiving. As it turned out, I was the only one and that didn’t stop the trip from going on. Norlan was my guide and he was a hoot! Funny and very knowledgeable. He is a great character and we ended up talking about food and wine (he is very knowledgeable on the subject). The hike is relatively easy (especially compared to the 500 steps to climb up if you ever do the stop at La Fortuna waterfall!). Please bear in mind that the hike is through a cloud rainforest and it typically rains! It is relatively rare that you’ll be there and it is dry. I happened to be there on a dry, relatively cloudless day and the view of Volcan Arenal was amazing! The hike takes you to the closest legal viewpoint to the volcano If you are lucky, you may also see a sloth. Thanks again to my guide Norlan!

Great family trip - Great trip that can also be done with small children. Sure, the children have to walk a lot, but it's worth it! The guides Wessley and Norlang are very hard-working, helpful, entertaining and knowledgeable

A rewarding tough hike - Our guide, Norlan, was entertaining and knowledgeable. The hike to the 2010 lava area was strenuous, but I’m nearly 60 years old and come from a flat, sea level land. This was neither. We made it to the end of the blue trail and had a perfect, clear view of Arenal Volcano. Norland says it is rare to see the top uncovered by clouds, but we were his lucky group. We also spotted a white hawk (new to me) and a sloth on this journey. Lunch was modest and served with a welcoming cold peach tea. After lunch we skittered to a natural hot springs and lounged there for about an hour. Bring water shoes or sandals for this as there are edgy rocks everywhere, which makes for sore bare feet. We were delivered safely back to our hotel at 330pm where we realized we were exhausted. But it was a good exhaustion.

Walk view soak - Guide was very personable and good info. Isaac was guide. Walk was average too much time to stay at the top with only 1 view to see. Lunch was very disappointing. Swim was delightful when you got away from the local crowds. Need to add more info about the river so that proper footwear is brought for the river. Overall was just OK. Too much time for the planned events.
