- GRAZIE MILLE WINES - Upon arrival, we will do a quick tour of our winery. You will taste a few local olive oils and olives, as well as our prestigious wines, while absorbing the view of our winery, with the Andes Mountains in the backdrop. We will then start the cooking class and get our hands busy making some Argentinian favorites: grilled provoleta, chimichurri sauce from scratch, and the iconic empanada with two different fillings (beef and veggie). After baking these in a wood oven, we’ll start making chorizo (steak) a la pomarola with steak fries and criolla sauce, a local favorite sauce. After lunch, we’ll have a sequence of cheeses served with dulce leche. All paired to bottomless Malbec and Cabernet red wine, Fernet with Coca-Cola.

Additional Information
Imagine an open cooking studio facing the Andes and overlooking a vineyard… That’s where you’ll learn to make some Argentinian favorites. You will learn five recipes while sipping on our highly rated red and white Malbec wines. Our classes are small, so everybody gets busy. Our chef Flor will cover Argentinian culture through food while teaching how to select the perfect ingredients for each recipe as well as kitchen hacks.

Meet us by the front desk of Grazie Mille winery in La Consulta, Valle de Uco, Mendoza.
It has a winery right next to it is restaurant and beside it there is a studio for the cooking class. Just tell the security guard and tell them that they are attending the cooking class.
