Great workshop you won't want to miss! - Gosia is a wonderful hostess. I felt very welcome and comfortable in her home. She gave a wonderful, informative presentation about Poland - past and present. I came away having an even greater desire to visit the country of my ancestors. The pierogi were another highlight of the evening - delicious!! Thank you, Gosia!! I will be telling others about your workshop.

Great workshop and dinner! - Gosia was a wonderful hostess. I felt very welcome in her home and comfortable during the presentation. The presentation was very informative, and it was obvious she spent a lot of time preparing the presentation. Gosia answered all questions thoroughly. I came away with an even greater desire to visit the country of my ancestors. The pierogi were also a highlight of the evening. Delicious! Thank you, Gosia!

The entire evening was beyond our expectations! - My cousin and I are of Polish Heritage and felt this was a "Must Do." We were not disappointed. Gosia was an excellent hostess who was filled with so much knowledge. Not only did she teach us the history of Poland, but shared similar traditions that our families participate in. We also discovered new ones that we intended to start. It felt as if we were with a long lost cousin! The entire evening was beyond our expectations! Not to mention the fabulous pierogi made by her mother. Even if you are not of Polish heritage, this is an event not to missed. Thank you Gosia!

Wspaniały! (Wonderful!) - Czes’c’! (Hi) We learned that at the workshop. Mam na imie Bob. (My name is Bob). Learned that too and so much more! Gosia was a wonderful hostess. She was charming, funny, intelligent, personable, knowledgeable, and very willing to share her experiences. She shared History (I had no idea that Poland disappeared as a nation for over 100 years!). She shared culture. (I had no idea that Polka is not a Polish dance but came from the Bohemian culture). She shared about All Saints Day and the lighting of Candles on the graves of loved ones. She shared what it was like to grow up there, miss it as she lives here and going back to visit. AND her mom’s Pierogis are worth the trip alone! We were free to ask questions. She had videos, charts, and pictures. The time flew by. It was like being in the home of a good friend who lived in and loved Poland. My wife, who is 1/2 Polish, and I, who only have in-laws who are Polish, both had a most enjoyable evening!

The Pierogi dinner afterwards was delicious, by far the best pierogis I have ever had! Kudos to Gosia's mom! Fun, culture, pierogi - What a fabulous event. We had so much fun learning about Poland and Polish culture with Gosia. She is an amazing host and made us feel at home from the first minute. The presentation was informative and interesting and it was so lovely hearing all of Gosia’s personal touches and experiences during the evening. I would really recommend this experience to anyone with Polish heritage or who is traveling to or just interested in Poland. And the pierogis were to die for!! Such a fabulous end to the evening.
