Pablo and Antigua were fantastic! - We started out from the Island Princess to go to Antigua. We were met by our awesome guide, Pablo. Because of some initial snafus with our booking (Not Go With Gus, but another), our booking had not made it to the local company. Pablo to the rescue! In spite of the paperwork issues, Pablo went above and beyond to make it possible for us to go to Antigua. We had a fantastic tour, great information, lunch in Antigua and felt well taken care of. Thank you Pablo Najera and Go With Gus.

Do not trust Go with Gus tours in Guatemala!!!! - Booked : Antigua Cultural Highlights Guatemalan Humanitarian Experience. We brought various school supplies to donate to the school. Checked in at the Go with Gus counter at the cruise terminal and was told to go with guide. Joined others on the bus and we departed the cruise port. After leaving the cruise port area on the bus, the guide explained what we were to see that day. the tour was a basic tour of Antigua with no stop at a school or for the lunch that was supposed to be provided. We were never informed that our intended tour would not take place nor were we told that we were joining a different tour. No opportunity on our part to make a decision as to whether we wanted to make the change. When we questioned the guide, he first told us we would go to a school. Later informed us that schools were not in session and there were no schools to visit. Why would the operator offer the tour knowing that schools are not in session at this time of year. Basically they lied to us and highjacked us. We were placed on a different tour without our agreement. A less expensive tour that did not provide lunch. No refund of any kind was offered.
