- Arco de Santa Catalina - The Santa Catalina Arch is a prominent landmark in Antigua Guatemala, Guatemala, situated on 5th Avenue North. It is a must-see for visitors. Constructed in the 17th century, it originally linked the convent to a school, allowing cloistered nuns to move between buildings without venturing onto the street. A clock was added atop the arch during the Central American Federation era in the 1830s.
- Centro de Formacion de la Cooperacion Espanola en La Antigua Guatemala - The Church and convent of the Society of Jesus in Antigua Guatemala is a religious complex built between 1690 and 1698. Located one block west of Central Plaza, it once belonged to the family of city chronicler Bernal Díaz del Castillo. It housed three monastery areas and a church, with a maximum of 13 Jesuit priests. Today, the building is part of the Spanish Cooperation Agency and features stunning gardens, corridors, and galleries, making it a must-visit.
- Casa Santo Domingo Museums - The Santo Domingo Church and Monastery, partially restored, are located on the east side of the city. Its history dates back to 1538 when the Dominicans arrived in Guatemala. The monastery once boasted two towers with ten bells and was filled with treasures. The entire structure was destroyed in the 1773 Santa Marta earthquake. Today, parts of the complex have been transformed into a luxurious hotel, and its museums showcase exquisite colonial art pieces.
