Do it on your own - Drive 45 minutes late, sent to wrong hotel even In our follow-up text confirming which hotel still went into the wrong one The waterfall nice, but stopping at a Diamond shop totally unnecessarily and in the slums of the city. Mini bus not up to the weather , air con not great and was very grubby. Boat trip spoiled by very loud music being played on a family boat makes no sense. So overall, very best two stars

Lazy tour guide, too expensive tour - Booked this tour with Laledi since I've done it before. Really terrible tour now. Guide called Yosaf was very lazy, he didn't take us everywhere on the itinerary. Most of the places visited were free entry, it would've been cheaper to go their by taxi. This isn't a good value for money (especially if you go as with other people) and the company's standards have significantly reduced. Will never book a tour with Laledi ever again.

Boring tour, tour guide with a lack of knowledge - Boring tour, bad food that was also in small quantities, guide with a lack of knowledge. This was not worth what I paid for myself and my family. I don't recommend this tour.

TERRIBLE GUIDE - I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL - We had a guide named Yusef. Don't be fooled by the Muslim name, he was awful to us. He though we were Pakistani and referred to as Pakistani throughout the whole tour, we're not even ethnically South Asian! He seemed to know nothing about Islam are referenced many things wrong, calling the Muazzin a "singer." There was another group of different ethnicity and he looked and only spoke to them, it was like we were invisible, we felt very uncomfortable. Moreover, he went to drop off the other group and left us under 30 degrees heat for 45 minutes. We raised a complaint, but they refused to take responsibility. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TOUR FOR ANY PERSON WHO LOOKS BROWN OR IS MUSLIM. Avoid at all costs!
