Great fun - perfect weather and timing, we had a lot of fun out of sandboarding. This was the second time we did it. Would recommend it to anyone. A tip: close your mouth all the way when you are sliding down to avoid sand coming into your mouth.

Lots of fun !!! A wonderful experience. - A wonderful experience, we did Sandboarding for the first time and my two boys absolutely loved it. Having the option of 4WD's dropping off and picking up people approx ever 30 minutes, you can stay for a short time or as long as your kids have the energy.

Fun for kids and adults - This was so fun! Our family (kids ages 10 & 12) did this as a day trip from Sydney and had a blast. It’s hot out there on the dunes, so water and a shade umbrella are a must. We picked this tour b/c they allowed you to stand or sit on the board and I’m glad we got the chance to stand. We were also very pleasantly surprised by the cafe at this beach, the views were stunning and the food was delicious! Not much else to do in the area, but the beach was gorgeous and we probably could have made a beach day out of it as well. Great experience!

Great fun! - Great fun experience. Booking was easy and the staff very friendly. In particular our driver gave us additional information about the land and the area what we really appreciated. High five for you and: Thank you!

Overall great day out - Had a blast sanduning. The hardest part is walking up the dune of sand for the few seconds ride back down. I really enjoyed the ‘stay as long as you want’ concept as there was no rush to get back if you are enjoying yourselves. Also, the 4WD bus service to get there and back was great fun and an experience in itself. The only downsides were that some customers still walked up the slope despite being told not to. This caused the slope to get less smooth overtime and therefore you can’t slide down as quickly.

Sandboarding school trip - We took a school trip here, it was organised well for us and the students had a great time. The only feedback that I would give is to have seats and lockers in the shade as some of the other companies have and to have some of the sandboards with the foot straps.

Poor experience. Old 4WD with door handle fell off and cause injury - It's quite disappointing It was way too windy to go up the sand that day yet they didn't cancel the tour. The worst was the broken handle at the front seat door side. I fell from the tall 4WD when the broken handle fell off from the door. And I would recommend them to advise participants not to drive down the low carpark My car nearly got trap in the sand while I saw other did when I left.

Very poor customer service - beware - Be aware that this service provider gave very poor customer service. The weather was a major issue, there was safety issues due to the flooding and they were having us meet at an abandoned resort. Not the scenario I wanted my family involved in. Other providers offered refunds before they were even asked. We know this because two other people we were traveling with this not only received a text but a email advising that due to inclement weather they would receive a full refund. This provider simply wanted to put us in a dangerous situation. A refund was not offered and when asked for, we were denied. The only explanation they offered was you go faster when the sand is wet. Going down the dunes in a deluge is not our idea of fun. Viator should reconsider their working relationship with this provider.
