Highlight of our holiday - A fantastic day out. So many activities included, both on and off the water. The crew were fantastic, from being unofficial photographers to delivering a tasty, filling lunch. This was a definite highlight of our Koh Samui holiday. From pick up to drop off, this tour was really well organised.

Great trip - He booked this trip just a one day before and we had a great time. Everything was as planned. Pick up was on time, big boat was great, all food we had was good and planty of it. Be sure to take tracking shoes with you as climb to the top viewspot is really steep. View from the top is fantastic. It's really nice place to visit. All guides were great and friendly. Only snorkling was so, so as visibility was really poor. Highly recomended!

Angthong Marine Park - Perfect organization for the whole day, helpful and kind boat crew and local guide, beautiful nature, just a perfect and unforgettable day. I absolutely recommend this trip.

Ang thong marine park - A must do while you are there ... takes you around the 42 co-located islands ... splendid views and lovely waters

Half-tone experience - Very nice visit. Staff of the boat efficient and welcoming. I recommend. Big downside for the Pension pick-up because the driver arrived 30 minutes late to drop us off at the boat at the front of our Pension. The company could have told us that the boats were leaving our Pension, we would not have waited 50 min for 2 min transport. It was ridiculous.

Nice day but tiring - Were picked up from hotel at 8 (were told 7:30-7:45.) Left dock at 9:15. There was a lot of travelling around from place to place as national park is quite a speed boat ride away. Loved snorkelling for first time. Felt quite a bit of pressure to get things done because the weather was on the turn. All in all a lovely set of experiences but by the time we were dropped off at hotel in eve we were shattered. Take lots of high factor sun cream! Lunch was basic bit tasty. Good tour guide.

Anything Marine Park Visit - We started the day at 0830hrs at the Ivy,which was the meeting place for Happy Day Speedboat Tours. This is where we had a light breakfast and waited for everyone to arrive. Once everyone was checked in and had finished breakfast, we boarded the Speedboat. I'd say there was probably at least 50 people on the boat, with the majority being Chinese and 4 british.It was very cramped, uncomfortable and noisey for the hour and a half journey. When we got to the island of Kho Tau, we were allowed to go snorkeling for about 20mins then it was back on the boat to go to another part of the Island for lunch. After lunch we boarded the boat once more to go to the island where you paid 100baht per person entry fee. This island was lovely and the snorkeling was much better, and we had a lot longer to relax and have fun.Then it was time to return back to Koh Samui on the boat.

Never Showed Up and Lied - I have a limited time in Koh Samui and seeing Angthong Marine Park was on my list. I booked to travel to the end on a Wednesday. On Tuesday, I message the company via Viator to ask when they're going to pick us up "tomorrow". They said to wait in our lobby between 7:20 to 7:40 am because the tour started at 8 am. At 7:41am, my lobby concierge calls the tour operator and says that they're picking us up between 8:00 to 8:15 am. At 8:20, I called Viator to complain. Viator basically says that they could not refund because this was a non-refundable. At 8:40 am ish, the company claims that (1) I probably booked the night before and they didn't see the reservation (I did not), (2) they got mad at us and yell on the phone before hanging up on my husband (who asked them to clam down and let him speak), (3) they said that on Monday, I contacted them to cancel my trip date to Thursday (which is not true). After waiting 3 hours (around 9am): me: I am speaking with Viator and they are offering a refund (which they alleged that they could not do without approval from the tour operator). Husband: he is speaking with the tour operator, who is offered a tour the next day and a free pick up to the airport. So basically, Viator offered a refund, which they originally told me that they could not do without speaking to the tour operator. They offered a refund despite never speaking to the tour operator. The tour operator (despite claiming that our booking was for Thursday (it was not)) is offering a free airport pick up. Anyways, it felt like both companies (Viator and this local tour) lied to us. They offered no help to fix the problem. Offered only a refund for a trip that a booked. Both companies are complete trash for alleging that I called and changed the ticket for a different day, offering no apologies, for saying one thing and then some completely opposite in the next moment, and having no accountability. Viator offered no help and instead claimed- we're not the company and just a platform. The tour company said they I changed the date. And basically - this experience has taught me to not trust Viator to hold no accountability for the vendors they recommend us. The tour operator can lie and basically ruin a day of vacation for the limited time at Koh Samui and no one well ever here the wiser. I got a refund for a tour that never picked me up, no apology, and no one fix the issue. Instead, I booked a tour for the next day (Thursday) with my hotel (reliable) and lost $203 dollars for canceling a jet ski tour that I had for Thursday (because I booked at trip for everyday I was in Koh Samui) and now, I am leaving on Friday. Basically, Viator did not refund me for a trip that I had on Thursday because they cannot do refunds (again-no accountability). I had to change the jet ski to a different company so that I could go in the after on Wednesday and have the Angthong trip on Thursday if I wanted to make both trips before leaving Koh Samoi.
