Driver worked hard for our viewing pleasure - Our driver Donna did a great job navigating and narrating the city as we waited and searched for the northern lights.

An Amazing Experience! - Our guide was very informative giving us a short history lesson on Anchorage. She was also very knowledgeable about the Northern Lights. It was an amazing experience that I will never forget.

I had a life-changing... - I had a life-changing experience taking pictures of the Northern Lights. Although you are not guaranteed to see them, as you may see them on the internet, it is worth a try.

No Luck on Northern Lights, but Still Enjoyable - While I didn't get to see the Northern Lights due to clouds and despite a high KP index (aurora forecast), it was nice to be offered another a chance after the first attempt at no additional cost. I enjoy nature so being outside for a few hours at night was a pleasant experience in itself and out guide, Donna, did everything she could by taking us to various spots (and providing hot coffee and snacks).

I'm so sorry. - He showed me a couple of places, which I thought was a shame. We went on your northern lights tour last night and had an amazing time thanks to Arctic Range Adventure... I had applied for a back fishing tour, but it was cancelled on my own and I can't speak English on the phone. I took the Üba taxi to the office and there was no one there, I took the Üba taxi again and came back ♪ I haven't even confirmed the refund yet! I emailed him twice and he didn't respond.

Unfortunate - Didn’t see the northern lights. The tour operator couldn’t control that. However they didn’t do anything to make the experience more enjoyable. The guide was sick. She coughed and sneezed throughout the tour. We couldn’t understand her when she spoke into the headset. We sat in the van for 3 hours listening to her cough and two other people snore. There was no music or conversation, stories about the northern lights or anything. Just silence and no lights. Hopefully we didn’t catch whatever she has.

Not worth it - The location was not a good spot. We sat in a minivan all night turnoff. There were no circulation. The positive was the tour guide.
