Airport Transfer - Curbside pick up, communicated by message. Easy transfer to hotel. Driver very pleasant and nice car.

Fast and friendly - Everything was great, fast, and friendly. He sent us a photo of the meeting point where he was waiting. That was very helpful to start our journey smoothly.

The service was... - The service was wonderful! The driver met us at the airport, even waited for us due to delays getting our luggage. Very professional and personable! Would definitely recommend. Will use them again!

Next time - taxi - The driver was excellent: He was professional and friendly. Because I was solo, I had to pay double - $118- Amsterdam airport to city center. I thought the driver was meeting me outside of baggage claim, but I had to find a particular exit on a different floor and meet him outside of the airport. Next time I will take a taxi as I found out the rate was very high for just a ride.

All about us getting more money - Paid in advance. They email me 24 hours prior to pick up and say they now want more money I guess a prior agreed upon price doesn’t apply to these people

Unacceptable - We had a terrible experience. I specifically booked pickup for 10:30am (to allow 90 min to get through security after landing at AMS at 9:00am). Upon arrival to AMS we got in a very long line to get through immigration. I was called by the driver at 9:16am asking where I was and when I said that we were in line for immigration he stated that pickup was 9:00am and wait time had already begun upon the plane landing as they were tracking our arrival instead of my scheduled pickup time. I attempted to contact the service and Viator for assistance but just kept receiving notice that they ignore the scheduled pickup time and solely track the arrival of the plane, disregarding the expected wait time when the arrival hall is busy. As I was attempting to navigate immigration I received many texts saying that the driver would stop waiting as the wait time starting at 9:00am was over at 10:00am even though my confirmed pickup time was 10:30. When we got through immigration at 10:15 I was told that I would be charged a wait time as the driver was waiting still even though I was told the wait time was over. When I called the driver and asked if he was still waiting as I had received a text saying that he was done waiting, he yelled at me so at that point I did not feel comfortable attempting to organize a ride with him (which he offered for an additional €50). At the same time I was being told that I would be marked as a no show even though our group was ready for pickup 10-15 min ahead of my scheduled pickup time. We ended up getting a taxi for our group of 7 for cheaper than the original cost of the arranged driver and were on our way before the scheduled 10:30am that I had requested. I find it unacceptable that I had confirmation of a 10:30am pickup time through my Viator booking and it was disregarded by the company which attempted to charge me additional money in order to wait while also yelling at me for expecting to be able to received transport that I had prepaid for at the prearranged time.

No Show - The driver never showed up and when Viator agent tried calling, they never answered the phone or answered their email. We had to take an Uber to the hotel.

Unacceptable ! - It is unreliable as operator did not show up and did not answer messages. Viator was called and they could not raise operator as well.it was paid for and as yet no refund.
