Don’t hesitate to book a tour with Walks in Amsterdam! - Don’t pass up an opportunity to take a tour with David! We enjoyed his passion for the city and learned so much more than we ever expected. He has a wonderful sense of humour and an endless knowledge of anything you want to know about this beautiful city. We did several tours this week and his walking tour was the highest quality and most enjoyable by far - his knowledge & insight into the history of all things Amsterdam made it easy & fun to explore the city further on our own for a few days.

Interesting walk Amsterdam - Great tour with David. He is very knowledgable and tells many interesting and funny stories. As it was a small group it was easy to connect with the other participants as well :-) Had a blast.

Simply a fun and amazing tour! - David’s walking tour was absolutely amazing! He’s incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire experience enjoyable and engaging. We learned so much about Amsterdam and the Dutch. We felt like we were in great hands the whole time. We couldn’t recommend this tour more highly! Thank you, David, for a memorable day!

Wonderful way to spend an afternoon in Amsterdam! - Knowledgeable, humorous, adaptable. David made three hours in the pissing rain go by fast with great stories, history and hidden Amsterdam. We had great fun.

Walking and talking beautiful Amsterdam - David was, very charming. He clearly loves Amsterdam and loves sharing it. He is an engaging storyteller and has a great sense of fun. He is knowledgeable and is responsive to people’s interest. He also has great recommendations about what else will interest You in Amsterdam. We had a lot of fun with him!

Fun for everyone! - Having lived in Amsterdam for some time, I wanted to show visiting guests around. I decided to join a guided walk with them. We all loved it as David made it a lot of fun and I learned a lot about the city I live in. I was actually very surprised about how little I knew and discovered some lovely parts of Amsterdam I had never been to before. A wonderful experience and David made it really interesting for everyone and we all had a laugh. Recommended!

A must-do activity in Amsterdam! - If you're looking for an amazing tour of Amsterdam, I highly recommend this one! Our David guide was extremely knowledgeable, adapting to our preferences and especially to our pace. He showed us little details about the city that we would never have discovered on our own. Super friendly and funny—almost like a comedian! He was also very reliable and an excellent photographer. The meeting point was easy to find, and the three hours flew by. Definitely worth doing again! Skip the big group tours and choose this option for a more personal experience that reveals the hidden gems of the city.

A Wonderful Opportunity to see and Learn Amsterdam - We had the lovely opportunity of having David for a walking tour of Amsterdam. He was recommended by the staff at the Amsterdam Marriott. What an absolute priceless Gem we were given…David is The Best gift we have been given in ALL of our travels around the World!!!!!!!!!!
My family was in Amsterdam with two elderly parents with very limited mobility. There was a desire to visit the Jewish Quarter by the family. David was super accommodating to the family: walking slowly, stopping for small breaks on the route, providing just enough history to keep the family engaged but not too much that he lost the audience. David’s wealth of knowledge is excellent so he can cater to the audience; those that want a more overview of history and the more detailed types that want ALL of the history. :-)
If you are looking for a tailored walk about Amsterdam with a great personality, one that can entertain your party and extremely knowledgeable about Amsterdam, The Netherlands and much about History, David is The Person to engage!
