Easy, tranquil and beautiful - Thanks to Aku’s outstanding customizable service, we had a great time in Marken, Volendam and Zaanse Schans.. It is a small tour group in a clean and safe Mercedes van. His personal touch as a knowledgeable tour guide in the beautiful dutch sceneries made our trip even more enjoyable. The pick up and drop off were precisely on time. His service surely will be our pick for the next excursion!

Awesome experience.... - Awesome experience. 10/10. Would totally go on this tour again! Aku knows his stuff. He came 15 minutes before our pickup time. He was super nice and thoughtful. He gave us lots of interesting information about the Netherlands. We enjoyed all the stops. I can’t recommend this tour highly enough. Can't wait to book him again.

The best travel guide ever - Aku is a great travel guide. We enjoyed his company, he showed us all the places, gave us our personal space, yet made it informative in a way we liked it. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs personal attention. So kind, friendly, and by far the best guide I’ve met. Aku, you’re the best! 10/10 for everything.

A memorable & enjoyable tour - I would like to thanks our guide, Azu, for being so patience and flexible. He offered to go to extra mile to fit our schedule and pick up and drop us off at our preferred location. Azu never rush us and allow us to enjoin the your at our own pace. It was a memorable and enjoyable tour. Truly a relaxing tour that I needed badly.

Amazing day with beautiful places - Anze was a great host who showed me some amazing places that i have never seen without his help! I would definately recommend this tour to anyone who would like to know and see more in some of the finest locations in Holland.

Do Not Book Anything With Ouyi Tours in Amsterdam - The tour operator was a no call, no show. We showed up at meeting point 45 minutes early to ensure we didn't miss the pick-up.. when no one showed up for our tour, 2 other tour guides from other companies tried to call our tour operator and neither one got an answer. we waited an extra hour to make sure but to no avail. We wound up using an extra travel day on our train pass to do the trip on our own. This company, Ouyi, should be removed from Viators list of tour operators. They do not share the same standards and/or reputation we have come to love and know through Viator. They will only be an embarrassment and blight on the Viator Family of services. When we got back to our room at the end of the day where there was
wi-fi, had an e-mail from Viator saying they were processing a refund for this trip. Even though I was going to request a refund when we got back to hotel, the tour operator, Ouyi, had prompted the refund themselves. I believe they did so in an effort to save face. Our experience with Viator has always been very good in the past, but I think that Viator needs to cut all ties with this company.
