Great introduction to Amsterdam - Gonzalo was knowledgeable, entertaining and a great guide! Highly recommended 🙂I ended up with a private tour as the others had cancelled presumably because of the rain. ☔️We even had time to pop into Puccini Chocolates for a quick afternoon snack 🍫. Thank you for the perfect introduction to a new city👍🏼

Great tour - Our tour guide was fun, very interesting and very smart. He led us around Amsterdam to show us the city and got off the main drag immediately (good as it's tourist crazy). I really enjoyed his tour and am very glad we took it.

Book with someone else - Decidedly meh. While I enjoyed our guide as a person, I did not find this tour to be particularly informative. We wandered around Amsterdam with what felt like no real itinerary and were given little to no historical information about why were viewing a particular location. I learned more on the canal tour.

A total ripoff - I paid for the walking tour and canal boat ride. The listing said 2 and a half to 3 hours for the whole thing. When I got there, they said that the walking tour was over 2 hours long and so I would have to take the boat ride later (which I didn’t have time to do). Also, they said there was no one to show me where the boat ride started. There are tons of boats in the canals. They gave no instructions at all. Obviously I wasn’t going to be able to find the boat on my own or get there at the time they allotted. So, I asked them to refund the canal tour part of my payment. They refused and Viator was no help at all.

Wasted Money - Had to cancel tour outside of their 48 hr window due to foot injury. No Refund. They could care less about the injury. Not a company I would recommend.
