Enjoyable - The windmill cruise had beautiful views and low key. I appreciated being able to explore the gardens at our own pace and return when we were ready.

This tour's a 'must' - Was looking for a tour that would allow us to leave at a time of our choosing and the return bus times of every half an hour enabled us to do that. . Very smooth and easy instructions to join the tour. Highly recommended.

Lovely day out - Well organised, helpful staff. Beautiful day. My only criticism would be the lack of ladies' toilets, resulting in a long queue

Mill Cruise and Kaukenhof - The logistics were flawless. The cruise was really nice and the weather helped. The skipper and onboard staff were very nice. One of them recommended the apple pie which was very good. Once at Kaukenhof, again flawless logistics, and the park was amazing. It takes many hours to see it all and food is somewhat pricy (€50 for 2 people). It is a must do if you are in Amsterdam

Beautiful Gardens plus Windmill cruise - The gardens were wonderful!! The windmilll cruise was nice but didn't see much. The description should include how long of a bus ride to each part -- Amsterdam to windmill cruise, then windmill cruise to Keukenhof. It was a lot longer than expected. Finding the bus was easy when you were ready to go home from the Gardens.

Should have taken a different trip - The Hop on hop off crew were very professional. Unfortunately there were two problems: We didn’t enjoy the windmill cruise much because the team running it seemed not very interested, the recorded narration was not very clear, and we barely saw a few windmills from a distance. Regarding Keukenhof, it was too late in the season and there were almost no flowers left. Big disappointment.

Lackluster - We started with a ride out to the windmill cruise. Our driver talked a lot about construction. Next, the windmill cruise. No real info on that either. There was an occasional recorded message that didn’t give us much info and was hard to hear. The windmills themselves were a little lackluster and far from the water. Next, the flowers. The guys who introduced us to the tour told us that we would get the best, prettiest flowers of the season because they were going to die in the next couple of days, so they would show off their best and brightest colors that day. What we actually got was an empty field! All that money, and no flowers. I feel like there should be a warning and an option for refund if the flowers are gone for the season. This is not a knock against Viator exactly. We took another tour a week and a half earlier in Rome that was amazing. This specific experience just wasn’t good, and an option for cancellation the day of if the flowers have died would be nice.
