with Captain Nemo along the canals. - I had a super time with Captain Nemo. He knew all the answers to our questions. And a lot of fun facts about the beautiful houses along the canals, Thanks for a great evening.

Super trip! - We had a fantastic trip accompanied by skipper Dirk. Great lighting installations. Boat was open with roof. With the weather with lots of rain no problem thanks to the warm blankets and drinks.

lights! bridges! fun! - Our preferred boat tour co day or night, but definitely for the light festival. the staff are funny and entertaining and fantastic, and while its chilly in an open boat, dress warm, get a hot drink and enjoy. we had a great evening.

Super! - Bellissimo! It is definitely worth taking the tour with the boat open despite the climate. Very kind guide, blankets and hot drinks! Recommended

Worth the cold! - Ward was a great captain and tour guide! Only bit of feedback was that getting on our boat was a bit chaotic, even though we booked tickets in advance it seemed like a lot of people booked on the spot and got on ahead of us. Overall would still recommend.

very disappointing - Today we booked the tour from 7pm. We were as requested 15mn in advance. We arrived in time. The person from KINboat told us, that the boat is not yet there, but will come in 10min. But at 7.10pm, still no boat when we ask, they said "it will come' ...... Again 10min later when we asked again he showed us on the app where the boat was, which appeared at least 15-20 minutes away. ( we are from Amsterdam ourselves,so he could no longer deny that it will take so long) Finally at 7.35 it came, while we have waited for 50minutes in the freezing cold. Even then the boat did not take off immediately. we only left at 20.15!! We had chosen for this cruise for the nice entertaining tourguide, we did not want an audiotour, but then again bad luck.... There was no tourguide, but a tape . The schipper was nice and kind but did not had a microphone, so he let the tape explain the basics about the light art objects.... very disappointing , esp the dishonesty. If they had told us, that it could take at least one more hour for the boat to leave, we could have get a hot drink at a cafe instead of waiting for so long in the cold...! Also on this website that there is no life tourguide. Very disappointing.

Please note that they... - Please note that they will not allow passengers on for anything past 5pm on New Year’s Eve because it is dangerous. I totally respect and understand that but why allow to book for a later time? I was told I was called and emailed (I checked in case I missed it but I have nothing in my junk folder or inbox or voicemail but spam calls from the states) that the last boat ride would be at 5pm. They told me I could do it tomorrow but I already have other things planned . I was also told to email someone but with so much going on I couldn’t hear him and I don’t see an email here either.
