Canal Tour - They had a malfunction with the nice boat so we had to go on one that was less fancy. It still wasn't bad, but It was definitely a lot harder to see outside since the windows were not glass. It was pretty cold that day and I would have assumed that they would give warm drinks, but only sodas and alcoholic beverages. Overall, the hostess was very knowledgeable and funny, and the views were amazing. I don't think it was worth the money I spent due to the boat though.

Great introduction to Amsterdam - The boat trip was very enlightening. The hostess was a little abrupt, more like a professor at uni however was very informative.

Pretty good - The trip time was changed with a few days notice and I was given two alternate times, This didnt really matter as we had a free evening but still a bit annoying. Also it was really difficult to work out whether we were in the right place for the pick up, we weren’t sure but got sorted in the end. The tour guide, Sal/Saul wasn’t quite as engaging as another tour guide we’d had from the same company before, telling limited information, swearing and telling jokes that were flat, made the thing feel a bit awkward. Also still in pain from having to have our backs completely twisted for an hour to see anything. The views were nice and it was a good route.

Waste of Time and Money - The only thing memorable about this experience was how terrible it was. First, the dock for Flagship is NOT at the Anne Frank House. That is another company, and Flagship is actually 4-5 buildings down and not well marked. The other company was clearly frustrated at how many Flagship customers come to them. Next, I arrived early for a good seat on the boat, and was second behind a family. We were rewarded by being told to move to the back of the boat, which was covered by plastic windows, not the nice glass windows at the front of the boat. It was impossible to see clearly out of them, so there was nothing to look at on the tour. Then, the captain repeatedly stopped to scold a group of young women who were talking while he was giving the tour, and he singled them out as "the French girls." However, he nor the other staff member on board never once scolded the family next to me who were outright inappropriate and talking the entire time. I couldn't wait to get out of there.

Very late departure, disorganised, uncomfortable - The boat was 25 minutes late and we waited in the rain. Seating is not comfortable compared to other boats. You sit on 2 long benches and mostly you need to twist to look out the window. Could barely hear the guide in the first 20 minutes as he wasn’t using a microphone and his assistant was too busy taking drinks orders, loudly. There’s much better operators for canal tours in Amsterdam.

Interest-free - Big disappointment Have booked this cruise for the festival of lights but this tour does not in any way go through the animations of this event It's just a fly boat ride. interest-free

Extremely poor and disorganized. - Extremely poor and disorganized. We waited 45 minutes in a huge queue. When it finally was our turn they took us into a boat with plastic covers (unable to see through well) instead of glass, which meant we couldnt even enjoy what we paid for: the lightshow. 30 euro for seeing nothing and a guide that read a very basic text from her phone. We will make sure to inquire for a refund. Do not recommend.

Don’t bother - Overpriced underwhelming and guide very unprofessional Henry the captain steered the boat with expertise The guide Sal was using bad language shouting down the boat didn’t use microphone only interested in people who had cheese and wine no signs to say we were in correct place I got a message for a time change to 17.15 so we were waiting on the cold area for 30 minutes prior then we actually did not set off until 17.33 so not sure what it was all about so the guide needs for sure training on general customer service and at the end when he asked did we have a good time it fell very flat and after paying 40 pounds for two people for an hour of nothing he had the cheek to ask for tips I informed the young lad who helped us off the boat how awful it was something needs to be done and at points we could not see much because of how seats were high but not inline with the canal but I can say the only thing that was half decent was going through the arch of lights the guide was so bad I had to close my mind to his annoying shouting. at one point the guide said Screw Venice and used the word S..t a lot and was very very annoying with his shouting and his silly jokes
