Ice glasses are awesome! - The Ice Bar is a nice cosy bar, all the staff/crew are amazingly friendly and welcoming! The ice glasses are brilliant! The cruise was a bit underwhelming tbh, hard to see the sites of the city from a covered boat....but would be a good option on a rainy day too. Still enjoyed it and glad I went so all in a good experience.

Icebar - Loved every minute had a special birthday even got a free drink. Staff cheerful and happy . Brilliant experience will be back. But please get some warmer gloves

COOL! - The great guide during the canal cruise and the ice bar + the professional and nice staff that helped me with the scheduling. Awsome service!

Well worth a visit - Had to visit whilst in Amsterdam and had a great time. Great experience and as you can imagine extremely cold!!!

Ice bar and Canal Cruise - Enjoyed the seeing and hearing about the sights we passed on the canal boat. The Xtracold Icebar was great fun. We loved it.

Bargain price for two activities - Ice bar is good but kind of short (just because it’s so cold in the room that you’re very brave to last a whole 20minutes in it). The bar area just outside is cool and the cocktails were tasty. Staff were very helpful in showing us how to book the canal tour as instructions were unclear. With this package we thought we would be joining a group of people doing the icebar and then guided to the boat part, only after arriving at the bar did we realise they were completely separate and the canal trip is supposed to be booked when you arrive in amsterdam to a time that suits you. Just a little confusing but the canal boat people honoured our tickets and the tour was worth it. This is a bargain price :)

Ice bar and canal cruise - The events themselves were really enjoyable and booking in advance was better for us. Only thing I would say is when doing the cruise we weren’t told to be there 15 mins before we were due to leave a lot of people including ourselves were disappointed that we had to que for a 30 mins before getting on board

Hard to find - Good service, very speedy. Good value for money. However.. didnt understand the concept of the 3 minute long video of a voyage to the west indies in the 1500's didnt grasp why there was a man dressed also as jack sparrow in gardening gloves. Not sure of the link ships and pirates had to bar in Amsterdam. Which btw is a nightmare to find. But overall enjoyed

Ice bar good canal ride non existent - Ice bar was really good but you could just pay separately. Unfortunately there was no sign of the canal ride, no one on hand, no one knew about it. We waited on the dock for an hr and asked 4 boats who were none the wiser. Really disappointing not to be able to do the full experience that I paid for

The ice bar was a great... - The ice bar was a great experience and it was fab drinking from ice glasses. Unfortunately we were let down by the canal cruise and had to make our own way.
