Bad experience - Last Wednesday we had the bike tour to get to know the city of Amsterdam. We arrived at the right time and there Patricia was waiting for us, it happened that on the tour there were only us 4, there were no more people to do the tour, what Patricia told us “how lucky, you are going to have a private tour”, we get the bikes and asks us, how about the bike theme, we tell her the truth, that we all know how to ride a bike but that in Spain it is not typical to use it day to day as it can be here, but that we all wanted to do the tour and we were trained. Patricia, started telling us a lot of negative things that could happen to us, without giving us enough confidence to make the tour, gives us the explanations of how the tour will go and tells us that it consists of 4 stops, that the first was about 500 meters there she would see if we would be able to continue the tour or not. We go out to the first stop and she tells us how we have to be located, leaving the ones she has seen less prepared behind and the more prepared in front, we tell them that the ones she sees more prepared prefer to go behind and they tell us that no, it would be dangerous and that we have to do them like this, we start and it starts to circulate at a very fast speed and all the time saying that we have to increase the pace, because that would be super dangerous, that we could pass a bicycle next to us and throw ourselves on the ground. We go towards the first point and two of us stayed a little behind, because WE HAD TO RESPECT THE RED LIGHT, when we reach the point it tells us that at that rate we can not go, for everything I have already mentioned above, his attitude for us all the time was that he did not want to do a “private” tour when we did not decide that no one else came in, which are things of the organization, if she was not willing to give a tour to 4 people who had canceled them, we had no fault of it. We get to the first point and we say that at that rate, because we are going to go a bit wrong and that we do not know if we would be able to do the tour, we say that we look prepared and that we think we are going at a very fast pace, she tells us what always, that going at a less pace is dangerous. We go to the second stop and we get organized as we want without consulting it and we make the second point, we go as we want we go much better, we get to the second point (we don’t know if it was the one that the tour said or the one she invented) and she tells us again that she doesn’t see us prepared to do the tour, that Amsterdam is in the works and that if we decided to continue from that point there was no turning back, she tells us that we can undo what we have done and finish the tour or continue, but that there are people who have done the tour and were not prepared and have given anxiety attacks, with that attitude we decided to return to origin and finish our tour by bicycle. At the bike shop he said the tour would last 2h, at the first point he told us it lasted 1h and a half and ended up lasting 45'.

Frustrating - We used the name of the bike shop that was listed as meeting place, which was not correct. The street address was so long that it was easier to use bike shop name which took us to wrong place and we missed the entire trip.
