very kind driver - Ahmad our driver was so kind by helping us to find the apartment we rented in Amman and waiting with us for over 30 min till the owner came he even stop to get us coffee and water while we waiting thank you for your kindness

nicest driver we meet - One of the nicest drivers we meet in allover our trips, he was waiting us smiling, the way he made the sing name with welcome to Jordan was nice, also he didn't let us carry our bags, and he took them all the way to the car. we can say Ahmad was the nicest driver we meet

Excelent service - My husband and I hired JO VIP to take us to Wadi Rum and Petra and take us back to Amman. We were very satisfied with the service provided. Ahmad, from the first contact, was very helpful. Always punctual and with the attitude of a good professional. The car was very comfortable and Ahmed drove safely. Oh, and we had Wi-Fi in the car throughout the trip.

cancel my pickup after i waited 30 min at airport - not recommended to book with them, they make me wait for over 30 min at airport before they cancelled the pickup, and i don't know why,

no driver was at airport - i prefer to book with company than using the airport taxi in all my trips but this time i think i made a mistake driver was not waiting for me and after 3 times of calling the company they said driver will need 45 to arrive to airport so i took airport taxi to Amman and now i send a refund request

great way to scam people - i don't know if it was a scam from the first or mistake but mostly a big scam so you must be aware of it if you booked this with them and lets say you booked the option airport to dead sea when you arrive to airport driver that will meet you will tell you that the transfer from airport to amman not to dead sea and you need to pay extra 100 Euro to drive you to dead sea but our ticket was clear and show that we booked to dead sea, but its good way to scam you now when you at airport you have 2 options 1_ to loose the money you pay and take a taxi 2_ to pay the extra and get to your hotel in both ways they win

no driver was waiting for us - the driver didn't show up at the airport and we try to call them for over one hour but didn't get any respond this was waist of time and money because when we get the refund it was 30 USD short for the exchange prices

Why you do this for people - i booked with this company for my friend and it was a big mistake we asked them to make sure that she will arrive to location we provided in Amman not a hotel but the driver took her from airport said that for a location drop off it will cost extra 50 dollar i didn't understand why they didn't tell us that before and why if we want to get dropped to apartment not a hotel we need to pay 50 dollar extra i think when the driver see that she's quite and it was first time to her in Jordan he took advantage of that
