• Amatitan - The journey begins at a family-run tequila distillery in Amatitán, managed by the Real family since 1942. During a private tour, participants will explore each phase of tequila production, from the cultivation of blue agave in the fields to the processes of cooking, fermentation, distillation, and aging. Experience the tequila-making process with all five senses as you see, smell, touch, hear, and taste.

Participants will also compare two production techniques: the traditional (ancestral) method and the modern industrial approach, and taste how each method affects the flavor and aroma of the same types of tequila.
