Guided by a local chef and host, participants will create dishes such as tortilla de patatas, gazpacho, secreto toast with Turrón sauce, chorizo a la sidra, “delicias de Elche” (dates wrapped in bacon), and conclude with torrija and turrón ice cream.
The experience begins with a warm welcome and an introduction to the fresh, local ingredients sourced from Alicante’s Central Market. Participants will engage in hands-on activities — chopping, stirring, and plating — while discovering the stories and traditions behind each dish. Vegetarian and allergy-friendly options are available upon request.
After cooking, everyone will sit down to savor the creations, accompanied by sangría and water. The atmosphere is relaxed, social, and bursting with flavor.
