Tasty fun evening - Great evening of cooking and eating. My husband and I learned to cook tapas with Fred our guide and translator(with perfect english). Also the professional chef who showed us what to do. Both were professional, well organised and very friendly. We made 6 different tapas, we got to be hands in the whole way. We learnt a lot of the history of the tapas and Spanish history along the way. We then got to eat them with a Sangria. They were all delicious. The secreto of pork was my favourite. A lovely way to spend an evening.

Excellent and enjoyable class - This was a thoroughly enjoyable evening. We enjoyed every minute of it. The host and cook, Frederico, was very knowledgeable, friendly and relaxed. The dishes selected for the class were interesting and not too difficult to cook. The final products were very tasty and we enjoyed eating all of them. I would definitely recommend this class.

Great evening with a great host! - For our wedding anniversary we decided to do something special and booked the Tapas cooking course. Federico was a great host and explained the history and importance of Tapas in Spain, gave great insight to the regional specifics and guided us through the process of preparing the dishes. This evening we were the only attendees (which we appreciated), but if you are there to make friends (beside Federico and the crew), maybe give them a quick call to check how many people registered foe your course.

Cool experience, great... - Cool experience, great guys, who provided the guidance and mastership of tapas cooking. Also the good point is that there were not just easy pinchos, but something more - the tapases proposed where untrivial and interesting in cooking.

Not that good - The man did his best and explained a lot which was very fun. And the sangria was good. But the woman almost cooked everything. We did not get to do a lot and we were mostly just standing next to the woman. And you make all the food together, not everybody makes their own food. It was all very fast and did not take 2 hrs. It was kind of expensive for what you get sadly..
