A Great Evening with Magic in Alexandria - We went on the Booze and Boos Tour in Alexandria with Magic on December 14 with two of our twenty-something sons. We had so much fun learning about the town and history, hearing some scary stories and sharing drinks and conversation but our guide made the tour for us! He was knowledgeable and very easy to talk with as he answered questions about the city and history as well as any personal questions we had. This tour is highly recommended and we really enjoyed our time in Alexandria!

Spooky tour with Magic! - Posted this on Google reviews as well but he was so good it deserves two reviews: Magic is a 1000/10 tour guide! I was a ghost tour skeptic and Magic immediately brought the good vibes and great stories. He was very knowledgeable about ghost along the way to the pubs and at the pubs and it made for a great tour!! Highly recommend!

Amazing tour, highly recommend - My friend and I had such a wonderful time on this tour, and our tour guide, Magic, was phenomenal. He was such a funny and engaging story teller. I’ve been on a lot of ghost tours previously, but this was one of the top ones I’ve experienced.

Nightly Spirits - Ghost tours and Pub crawls - I took a tour with Magic, he was amazing. He is a great storyteller, very engaging and funny. He took a good care of our group. I wish there was a way to tip him after the tour, because I came totally unprepared.

Excellent! Get Magic as your guide! - I’ve been on a few ghost tours around Alexandria, Virginia, including one about two weeks before this tour, which was honestly just okay, maybe even a bit boring. Magic (our guide) is many things, but boring is not one of them, and I would recommend his tour to anyone. Even though I don’t drink, I had a great time barhopping with a friend as we made our way through Old Town, listening to spooky stories. Magic has a real talent for storytelling—stories I’d heard on other tours that left me unimpressed were brought to life by him. I’d probably even do the same tour again because it was just that much fun.

Don’t pass this up! - We learned a lot and had a blast. Captain Kirk was funny and engaging. Not only is Alexandria a fascinating city but they made it super exciting and the bars we stopped at were all the right vibe. It was the high point of my stay in the area. 10/10 would do this again!

“Ghost” tour ish - Advertised as 2.5 hrs, went to 3.5 hrs. The guide was super knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the entire discussion was filled with tangents that mostly did not add value to telling the ghost stories. Typically, I would be used to the tour being composed of some sort of story to provide context and followed by ghost stories. However, this was primarily 80% tangents and 20% ghost stories. Bars that we stopped at were not conducive to story telling. OVER PRICED drinks and loud music in the background. THE BEST storytelling came when others were asked if they had any ghost stories that they wanted to share and one of the customers provided 2 stories. That person was louder, more engaged, and provided what the tour was supposed to be about.
