Fantastic locally owned ghost tour! - I’ve been to many a ghost tour and this one was very informative had a lovely enthusiastic tour guide, Jimmy. It included a lot of recent and relevant stories told with charisma and jokes, and historical tidbits. And as a bonus it’s the only locally owned tour in the area! High praise!

Disappointing Experience Despite a Fantastic Storyteller - We were pretty disappointed with our Old Town Alexandria ghost tour experience. From the start, the company allowed a group of about 15 people to move their 8:30 reservation up to the 8:00 tour, even though that time slot was already listed as full. To make matters worse, the group had several young children in strollers who disrupted the experience—talking, running back and forth, and making it difficult to hear the stories. The company should not have accommodated their request to move up, especially at the expense of the rest of the group. That said, our guide Gabe was excellent. He’s a talented storyteller who clearly put effort into making the evening engaging, and I’d give him 5 stars on his own. Unfortunately, the overall experience only deserves 2 stars because of how poorly the tour was managed.
