A good alternative. Friendly and reliable. - So we booked very early. Months in advance, because of the extra's: lunch in the dessert, incl. 4x4 in the dessert. The only touroperator with these extra's. The title and description changed during that time (incl. price, but not for us offcourse, since we already booked). We were not informed about any changes, so we expected still the same extra's, as described still in viator. We tried to contact the tourcompany 3 or 4 days in advance (via viator and later whatsapp), since we booked early, but no response. A day before the tour we got some messages via the whatsapp. And on the day itself, communication was very good, friendly and helpfull. At the main gate outside of the port) everything was well arranged by the touroperator. A normal air-conditioned car with a friendly driver brought us to Cairo. Smooth and safe. In Cairo we were picked the local tourguide, who joined the car. Outstanding English and knowledgeable. Very helpfull, patience and understanding . Since it was about 40°C or more we changed the litenary a little bit, which was no problem. The water was bottled, lunch was fine in a restaurant in Giza, looking over the pyramids of Giza. So no lunch in the dessert nor a 4x4, but that was oke for us, since it was a really hot day (for us). Overall we were very happy with how it turned out, although according to the first description (months earlier) we expected a more luxury experience. Like a minivan and more luxurious hotel as described in the earlier version of the touroperator. I think they can standout as a better touroperator then the rest if they can add those luxury ideas back again and followup faster on communication. Overall everything went fine, and we were comfortable with this tour itenary, what we learned about the Pyramids, etc. We definitely advice to go to Sakkara Pyramids and the outdoor museum. Do a private tour instead of a large bus, you are way more flexible. Thx. Let's go Egypt for a great day.
