Genie motherland.. a must see and a must go. - Coming to the land of genies and enchantment is one thing, having a guide like Ahmed Elsayed is another. We were pampered with patience, filled with knowledge and well taken care of. Taking us to places we would never of found ourselves, weaving in and through the pyramids, camels, delicious food with an impeccable view… not to mention a great personal photographer to capture these memories in the making.. well worth the trip. I do recommend anyone visiting, go to the bazaars so that you can pick the perfect attire. Egyptian traditional clothing is beautiful, feel like an Egyptian queen or pharaoh for the day!

Magical experience - We had an unforgettable day exploring Cairo with our amazing guide, Ahmed Elsayed. He took us to all the key historical sites, from the majestic pyramids to the heart of ancient capital, sharing fascinating stories and deep insights about Egypt’s rich history and culture. One of the highlights was being able to touch and even go inside the pyramids while Ahmed explained their construction and the beliefs surrounding them—it was truly magical. Having a private car WITH AC made the experience so much more comfortable and flexible; we were able to take our time and really enjoy every moment. Lunch with a view of the pyramids was delicious, and we loved visiting local shops where we learned how papyrus is made. If you’re visiting Cairo, we couldn’t recommend Ahmed enough. His passion and knowledge made the day incredibly special and one we’ll always remember.

Best day ever! - We had the most amazing day with our tour guide Ahmed Elsayed and driver Tarik. The organisation was fantastic, taking the stress out of the day. He had great communication, was a fantastic photographer, has a wealth of knowledge and willing to answer any and all questions. It was a warm day and he provided plenty of cold bottled water for us. We felt very comfortable and safe during our visit. Definitely come and book this tour, you won’t regret it. We can’t thank them enough!

An unforgettable experience! - My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our tour to Saqqara, Memphis and Giza with Ahmed Elsayed today. We were extremely well looked after from beginning to end and we really appreciated Ahmed’s knowledge of and passion for ancient Egypt and how he made the day incredibly interesting with so many facts and stories along the way. We had a delicious lunch overlooking the pyramids before a camel ride across the desert and we even had time to stop off and learn about papyrus and essential oils, too. Thank you for an unforgettable day, Ahmed. If you’re thinking of booking, do it, you won’t regret it!

Ancient Egypt to yourself! A tour with passion! - Our private tour of the Pyramids of Giza, Saqqara and Memphis was amazing from start to finish! Our tour guide Ahmed was exceptionally knowledgeable about everything we saw and more. He was able to answer all our questions about ancient Egypt and its mythology, along with telling us information about how the mighty structures were built. The camel ride was a fun experience being able to see the pyramids from a particular picturesque point, and then a wander amongst the ancient giants. We also got to experience some locals delicacies with a yummy lunch with an incredible view of the Giza complex. And a few trips to a bazaar, a papyrus gallery and an essential oil making workshop helped breakup the tour. We felt safe and comfortable the entire time and would do it all again! It wasn’t as busy as we were expecting it to be which also made things seem calm throughout the day. Both Ahmed and the driver were amazing from start to finish and made our day in Giza unforgettable! Would highly recommend!

Amazing Day in Cairo - It was hard to find the bus from the port. The bus itself was very old and the air conditioner was either freezing cold or warm with not much room in your seats- that was the uncomfortable part. Sam was great, and they explained so much history to us-gave us plenty of time to explore at each stop, the camels ride was an experience in itself and they took amazing pictures for us. the lunch was stop was perfect!. Let us shop a little bit, all in all a great day but also a long day! They kept us hydrated too. Thank you so much for a wonderful day! From CA USA

It was fun, hot, and incredible. 8/10 - The views were incredible! We rode a camel which was an amazing experience and then we went inside the grand pyramid, in which we walked/climbed to the top. It is a challenging walk and mainly uphill. We then went to the sphinx where we got some great photos. Then we went to lunch and it was delicious! The only thing I have to say about this tour is that it was amazing but I wish our guide had told us a little more about the Spinx. We kind of saw it and then left. I also wish our guide had told us how much time to spend at each location because we had to cut an activity because we spent too long at the grand pyramid. Other than that, no complaints!!

Not as described - 90 minutes of Pyramids Maximum - Shopping/Exploitation of Tourists - Overall not as described, get a private tour, this is shopping/exploitation of tourists tour with less than 90 minutes of seeing the pyramids. Overall the experience was disappointing on this tour, our guide and assistant were 5*’s helpful, kind and informative but operationally it could have been better planned as we arrived in the Giza Pyramids at 3:55pm just before they closed at 4pm - so this trip is more of site seeing than connecting and experiencing and taking in Pyramids, also 4 shopping stops in overpriced venues. From this I had to book a second trip to the Pyramids of Giza only - this time through cruise company, as I was left disappointed ultimately when I arrived back at the ship - it was a whole day wasted in beautiful Egypt. This trip would be better advertised as Pyramids and Shopping - spent more time in shops than the pyramids. As well as advertising that the trip started at one time, with people with tickets from 7am to 9am - we didn’t get to start on my time due to this. The only pyramid we got enough time was the Step Pyramid which was from 11:55am - 12:43pm. For reference on how little time (time stamps from photos) we had in Giza, Camel Ride 6 minutes on the camel (16:02 - 16:08) which YOU still have to pay for on arrival. Only 2 Pyramids out of 9 in Giza (16:27 - 16:32), The Sphinx (16:37 - 16:41) before getting shouted at in Arabic by the staff of the Pyramids.

Scam! - It was a scam! After a torgerouse 3 hour bus ride we did NOT get into the pyramid or the sphynks temple! But the tour guide did bring us to: a perfume factory a papyrus factory and a souvenir shop TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK! Chris Parent [email protected]
