Thanks to Heba - Our tour guide, Heba, was amazing! We couldn’t had a better one. She knew pretty much everything and took the time to take good pictures of us, gave us fresh water bottles and was patient when we took extra time to admire the Mediterranean view.

Excellent Alexandria tour with Ahmed Zaki—informative, well organized, and truly enjoyable! - We had the pleasure of touring Alexandria on September 4th with Ahmed Zaki, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. Our tour included the ancient Roman amphitheater, the catacombs of Kom el Shoqafa, Pompey’s Pillar, and the Qaitbay Citadel. Ahmed’s knowledge of each site was incredible—he brought history to life with fascinating details and stories that gave us a much deeper appreciation of Alexandria’s rich past.
From the very beginning, Ahmed impressed us with his professionalism. He reached out a couple of days before our tour to confirm the pickup time, and he was always quick to respond to our questions. He even took care to ask about dietary preferences ahead of time—I am a pescatarian, and he made sure lunch was ready for us at a charming restaurant overlooking the Mediterranean. It was the perfect pause in the middle of a busy and exciting day.
Throughout the tour, Ahmed was not only extremely knowledgeable but also warm, engaging, and a pleasure to spend time with. We highly recommend Ahmed Zaki to anyone visiting Egypt and wanting an informative, well-organized, and enjoyable tour. He made our time in Alexandria truly special.

Well organised knowledgeable guide - Well organised trip with amazing and knowledgeable guide. Ayman brought a wealth of experience and was flexible with the trip to avoid the big tour buses. He is clearly a passionate Alexandria local and brought his energy to the trip with lots of local anecdotes as well as broader historical connections.
Highly recommended, we got the full package with lunch and all entry tickets included.

Alexandria Tour by experienced guide, Reem - The Alexandria tour was absolutely amazing! We were fortunate to have a highly knowledgeable and capable tour guide, Reem. She was thorough in her explanations and took the time to ensure that we understood everything, which was especially helpful since I tend to ask a lot of questions.
The visit to the Catacombs of Kom el Shoqafa was highly educational, and I was truly amazed by the rich history of the area. However, the real highlight of the day was the Qaitbay Citadel. Reem was more than happy to provide a detailed explanation of its history and significance, which greatly enhanced my understanding and appreciation of the site.
Thank you, Reem, for a wonderful tour! I highly recommend booking this tour, and if you do, make sure to request Reem as your guide. She was, by far, one of the best tour guides I encountered during our holiday in Egypt.

A day at the top of Cairo in Alexandria - Perfect day, we were with family, with a car to ourselves and a great guide who made us all the visits in French, which was perfect to better immerse ourselves in the history of Alexandria, but also the history of Egypt. All the visits went well, the explanations were rich but Dina knew how to leave us enough time to enjoy between us. The meal based on fish and local specialties was very good, with a superb view of the port of Alexandria. Thanks to Dina, our guide, and Mahmoud our driver, thanks to whom we will bring back to France beautiful memories. Thanks also to the agency that adapted and communicated following our change of hotel for the pick-up.

Perfect tour to visit Alexandria - I was the only person booked the tour for that day, so it became a private tour without being cancelled. The tour was amazing to visit Alexandria in a day. The driver was super kind and the tour guide was very knowledgeable. I have truly enjoyed the tour and highly recommend it!

Rushing through the sites - The tour was a bit of a mixed bag:
+ car is comfortable with AC and a good driver
+ group size was excellent, four people in total
+ guide is knowledgable, answers all your questions during the ride
+ the logistics are well organized, you skip most of the lines
On the negative side:
- the guide was chasing us through the sites like crazy, we were done with the program before lunch already some of the steps were a real downer (2mins in front of the library, not entering the main building in the citadel, ...), overall we were back in the
- the language skils of our guide (the tour was in German) were okay-ish, still one had to concentrate a lot in order to understand everything
- the restaurant for lunch is full with masses of tour groups, the drinks are charged extra (overpriced) and the overall atmosphere is not very nice
As always with these trips, the experience depends very much on the guide. The trip would have been way better if we had not been rushed that much through the sites
