the most amazing evening in tenerife - it was the most amazing evening of all our visit here in tenerife. wine and water is included, and so is the bus if you order so (please do, the show ends at around 11, they’ll bring you back to the place they picked you up at). the food was good too!
we have seen a huge bird, and an amazing play about a fight between team yellow and black. we were so invested in the story.
the actors are in an active play with the public, such as making jokes or throwing roses.
i would recommend this to anyone, young and old!

Absolutely brilliant! - We booked this via our Jet2 rep at the hotel as a last minute thing to do.
It’s only runs 3 days a week (via Jet2) anyway. About £130 for 2 adults and 1 child with transport.
Picked up as promised and on arrival you see the Knights outside all dressed on horses and you can get a few photos before you head in. We were provided with yellow bibs for our team.
You enter and meet the King, get a photo and you can purchase it at the end, a great photo and brilliant momento, think it was €9/10.
You can then purchase some stuff from the shop and they have a bar to get drinks, I got Jack Daniel’s and coke and it was served in a lovely glass with a heavy measure to boot. Can’t mind exactly what I paid, but a fair price.
You’ll hang around a bit and then be taken to your side of the arena and sat down. Your drinks are waiting, wine/juice. Beers have to be paid for but really cheap, like a bucket of 5 for €8 or something, amazing. Staff are always around to keep you topped up and your food will be brought also during the show. The food was lovely, soup with bread and big chicken leg with veg and like a Vienetta thing for dessert. Honestly, it’s brilliant.
Whilst all this is going on the show is right in front of you, while you’re shouting and screaming for your team/Knights.
It’s honestly brilliant and 100% value for money.
Would do it again in a heartbeat, a great laugh and good show with good food and merch/drinks all more than reasonably priced.
You can get some photos at the end but be careful if you’re on a bus transfer back to your hotel.
Do it, the best thing I done on holiday!

Excellent family dinner show, well worth a visit! - What a fun night this was for our first excursion on our first holiday to Tenerife. We were picked up from our hotel as part of our excursion and brought to the castle. On arrival we were given black bibs to be on the black knights side and were then able to walk through the castle meeting the King and Queen to have a photo opportunity which you can purchase later. We waited about 30mins as we were dropped off early but this was no issue as we got a table outside and had a drink from the bar and looked at the souvenirs. When called into the arena we were seated on benches 8 to each section with bottle as of water, fanta, red and white wine to share. The food was good considering the amount they have to make and that it is included in the price. We all had vegetable soup and roll to start, with the children getting chicken nuggets and chips and the adults chicken, potatoes and vegetable for main, for pudding we all got vienetta style ice cream. The main show was excellent with the performers getting everyone involved. We cheered, clapped and sang through the whole night and we all had an excellent time. My youngest daughter even received a flower from our winning Knight which made her evening. If your willing to join in and have a bit of escapement for a night this is definitely for you. Thank you to all involved our night was amazing.

Still as fun and spectacular as it was 33 years ago! - I went here in 1992 with my parents and had such a memorable, entertaining night that we have talked about ever since. When holidaying in Tenerife again in 2025 and I saw it was still going, I couldn’t resist booking up to see if it was still as good, this time with my own teenage kids.
Apart from some slight confusion upon arrival when guests weren’t sure where to go or what to do, and would benefit from better information and guidance from staff, this evening was indeed truly superb. The dancing horses and jousting tasks were spectacular, and the riders showed unbelievable skill, bravery and talent. There was also a fire dancer which added an extra dimension to the show. However most credit for the fun of the evening is due to the audience participation that was encouraged so brilliantly by the knights, they got everyone cheering and screaming for their team and booing for the opponents, and really played to the audience in a way that made it super fun.
In addition, the food, although basic and a fixed menu (it is meant to be the dark ages after all), was actually extremely tasty. Copious free wine (or soft drinks if required) also helped, and ensured a loud and lively audience! Highly recommended and I am so happy that this show was still as good as 33 years ago!

A must see at San Miguel Castle - We booked coach transport from our hotel to the venue, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. From start to finish, it was a night to remember.
🐴 Highlights of the Show
- Spectacular Performances: The horses were beautifully presented, and the knights delivered an engaging and well-executed show that kept us entertained throughout.
- Great Views: No matter where you’re seated, you’ll have a clear and exciting view of the action.
- Tasty Food & Refreshments: Dinner was enjoyable, and drinks—including water and Fanta—were not only included but fairly priced, which was a pleasant surprise.
- Audience Participation: This aspect is absolutely vital to the experience. Getting involved enhances the fun and creates a real connection with the show.

Excellent attraction - The castle is well decorated, the show is well done, involves children and families in a torcidas dispute, the actors interact and do a nice job with the horses. We will be back for sure.

Get it booked. - Don’t miss this one!!!!!!!
Although the food is not exactly brilliant, the show more than makes up for it, our kids absolutely loved it. There is never a dull moment and the team do everything they can to get the audience involved. Well done to everyone!!!

A must see show - especially for kids. - I'll be honest, I booked this just for an evening thing to do with the kids not expecting much. Well how wrong was it?!
We were looked after and entertained from the moment we were collected in the coach.
I had to email prior to the event due to me entering the wrong email address for tickets and they were so helpful.
The show is absolutely fantastic and all the staff and actors were brilliant, kind and wonderful to watch!
My kids were screaming for our team to win and booing the other side with much gusto it was hilarious to watch.
The food isn't as bad as I'd thought, not amazing but definitely edible.
The wine was lovely too.
The actors happily stood for pictures afterwards.
My only criticism was how hot it was inside. There are fans but they don't do much.
A side note, do the VIP it's worth it.

Very hot , long wait with terrible food and warm drinks - Ticket show starts at 6:30 and was supposed to be there 30 minutes before. It wasn’t showing to seat until 7.20 so it was a very long time to wait in an extremely hot castle for nearly an hour and a half. There wasn’t any seating to wait apart from open air season area outside which is in the full Sun! Being there with three young children this obviously wasn’t an option so went back into the shade of the castle and only two seats situated immediately outside the toilet doors! Eventually did get seated they were drinks already set up on our bench which must’ve been sitting there for quite some time as I was all very warm. There was one large bottle of Fanta for our entire bench for 10 people a couple of bottles of wine and a few bottles of water which were very warm My kids could only drink the water as the family next to us thought it was perfectly acceptable for one of their children to open the Fanta and drink it straight from the bottle!! Nice! thought I’d give the warm wine a go but it was like vinegar so I was reduced to a drinking warm water myself.
Kids food came first which is extremely dry chicken nuggets and chips only just warm. No option of sauces or any condiments so this is barely touched. Adult meal about 10 minutes later which was just a chicken leg again lukewarm, a slice of tomato for some reason, and some , lukewarm sliced wet potatoes. Those potatoes were inedible as they just tasted awful and after one small bite as a chicken saying that it was so lukewarm I decided not to risk it as for the show the reason why I’ve given this to start with you for the fact that, the horses were beautiful but I found it all quite tedious and I can’t tell you whether there was even a dessert served as we were just so hot and fed up by that time we left before the end. Why overpriced and a real disappointment in All.
