You will learn how these products are processed and handled in our Oil Mill and you will taste our Extra Virgin Olive Oil together with our magnificent Muffin. You will learn part of our history in the 16th century Convent of Caños Santos and taste our best cured meats, cheese and several of the best wines from our Sierra de Cádiz. And we will end up in one of our most unique restaurants to savor the most traditional stews of our town, Alcalá del Valle.

You’ll gain insights into the processing and management of these crops, which you would have had the privilege to personally harvest. Following that, our mill will serve as the setting to sample our Extra Virgin Olive Oil, complemented with a superb muffin. Additionally, you will be immersed in a pristine environment where historical teachings await at the Convent of Caños Santos, a monument from the 16th century. Here, you’ll savour our finest cured meats, cheese, and a selection of the region’s top wines from Sierra de Cádiz.
