• Tirana - Guests will be picked up from their accommodation in Tirana (for Durres, Golem, Lezha, and Shkodra, there is a designated meeting point). Enjoy a comfortable van ride for 2 hours to the first stop for coffee, snacks, stretching, and free restroom access. As the journey begins early, feel free to take a nap during this segment. To maintain tranquility, the guide will provide a brief itinerary only after the break.
• Komani Lake Ferry - The drive continues for approximately another 1.5 hours. During this time, the guide will share fascinating insights about Albania, the region, and the tour itself, while you take in the breathtaking mountain and lake views. Please be aware that part of the road is under construction and may be slightly uneven.

After about 4 hours in total, you will arrive at the Komani Lake dam. Following the guide’s directions, you’ll walk through a 7-minute tunnel to reach the boat. Enjoy a 1-hour boat journey across Komani Lake, offering spectacular views of mountains, lush greenery, and pristine waters—ideal for photography!

• Shala River - Upon reaching Shala River, you’ll have free time. The tour guide will point out the best spots for swimming, relaxing, dining, or enjoying a drink by the river. There is also an option to join a short guided hike to the Shala River balcony for another breathtaking view.
• Tirana - Subsequently, guests will return to the boat and head back to the Komani Dam, followed by a drive back to Tirana. This tour provides a unique and unforgettable opportunity to explore the stunning natural beauty of Albania’s Komani Lake and Shala River, making it an excellent choice for nature enthusiasts and adventure seekers.

  PICK UP: Please be aware that in some instances, you may be kindly requested to walk a short distance (1–5 minutes) to a nearby main street. This is typically due to certain hotels being situated on narrow streets where our buses cannot easily access.
