Exciting day of adventure - This was a fantastic experience, with an excellent tour guide Olman! Olman picked us up at 7.30am and we went straight to the coffee plantation where we learnt all about it and even got to try and sample some coffee! We then went to the Poas volcano which had stunning views and also got to see the lagoon. Olman constantly kept us informed with facts and details about everything along the way. We then stopped at the Cafe for a quick snack. We then ventured to the La Paz Waterfall gardens to visit the nature reserve and see all the waterfalls. We had lunch about 2.30pm but we took our time seeing everything and really enjoyed it! We finished the rest of the waterfall gardens which took as until 5pm. We were dropped back off around 7pm. Very fun and packed day full of sightseeing and great coffee and food! Definitely would recommend Olman's tour!

The best tour guide and driver! - Omar was our driver and Rachel was our guide. We have never experienced such superb service in all our tours. Rachel is very knowledgeable, patient and funny. She speaks perfect English so we really learned a lot from this tour. Since we are senior citizens, she always checked on us to see if we are doing OK. So considerate! Omar was incredible! We have never met a driver so actively involved in taking care of the tourists. He and Rachel managed to have the ambulance taking us up to the Poas volcano crate so we would not need to walk uphill to the crater. He stayed with us and also showed us videos and pictures on his phone about the volcano eruption. While Rachel was with other tourists, Omar was with us. Later, Rachel arranged to have golf cart drove us around. We didn’t go to see the La Paz waterfalls due to the physical demands. But Omar drove us to the main road to see one of the waterfalls. What a service. I hope you will be as fortunate as us having Rachel and Omar guide your tour. The best tour ever!

Amazing trip! - The other reviews speak volume but this is really is an amazing tour. We never felt rushed, was a small (and awesome) group, felt safe the entire time and loved every single minute. The highlight for me was the rescue centre for the animals and the waterfalls. The knowledge of our guide was excellent and they do go beyond to help out. If you are unsure, book it as they won’t disappoint.

Amazing!! - It was amazing! We did more and saw more than we expected :) Bring a sweater to see the volcano. It gets a little chilly high up there. We went in August.

It was a very nice tour!... - It was a very nice tour! Unfortunately, the visit to the Poás volcano had to be canceled due to the risk of eruption, but even the rest (coffee plantation and La Paz waterfall) was a wonderful experience. Olman is a friendly and very knowledgeable guide who is responsive to the participants. A big compliment to him and the agency!

The pick up time was on... - The pick up time was on time, lucky to view the Poas Volcano on a clear day. Coffee tour was average - expecting to see the process of making coffee beans but just a tour of the coffee plantation. Lunch was great, i really like the food. La Paz garden and waterfalls are the highlight of this tour.

Pura vida! - This tour was so fun. From Olman's experienced (and I mean EXPERIENCED!) driving, to Daniel's fun personality, it was definitely a day we'll remember. The coffee plantation experience was nice, we even had a resident gift us warm tortillas to enjoy with our coffee samples. I learned a lot about the process from plant to bean to exporting, and think it would have been 5 star if we could see that all in action, but just a suggestion to the company if they ever want to expand a little. The volcano was amazing. We went in with positivity and patience, like Daniel said, and it was a grand sight to see! Positivity and patience always. The stop at the strawberry shop was unique, i felt like the fresas con creama were the best i've ever tasted, even the samples they gave were divine. The waterfall gardens were also amazing from the food, to the animals, to the waterfalls themselves. I went with my best friend and we both agreed that Daniel was the thing that stood out to us the whole tour. He made it a point to learn everyone's names, including those of the workers at the places we visited. It felt like he was just showing us his friends. That's a unique experience to find in a tour guide and should be celebrated. Thanks Daniel and Olman for your hospitality and a great time. Pura vida!
