• Hanging Church (El Muallaqa, Sitt Mariam, St Mary) - The Hanging Church gets its name from its position above a gatehouse of the Babylon Fortress, a Roman fortress in Coptic Cairo (Old Cairo). Its nave is suspended over a passage, and the church is accessed by twenty-nine steps, earning it the nickname “the Staircase Church” from early travelers.

• Synagogue Ben Ezra - Here, you can explore and enter the Church of Abu-Sergah and St. Barbara, the Hanging Church, and the historic Jewish synagogue, Ben Ezra Synagogue.

• Al Rifai Mosque - Next, visit the renowned Al-Rifa’i Mosque, located opposite the Mosque-Madrassa of Sultan Hassan. This mosque, dating back to around 1361, was designed to complement the older structure architecturally.

• Mosque and Madrasa of Sultan Hassan - Continue to one of Cairo’s largest and most significant mosques, the Sultan Hassan Mosque, also known as Madrasa El Sultan Hassan. Founded by Sultan Hassan in 1356 A.D., this massive Mamluk-era mosque and madrassa is situated near the Citadel in Cairo.

• Mosque of Amr Ibn Al-As - Visit the mosque founded in 641 A.D. by the first Muslim leader, Amr Ibn Elas. Located in Islamic Cairo, you can explore the Amr Ibn Elas Mosque, built in 642 A.D. by the Muslim leader at the El Fustat area.

• Cairo Citadel - Then, head to the Citadel of Cairo, where you can visit the famous Mohamed Ali Mosque, also known as the Alabaster Mosque.

• Khan Al-Khalili - Conclude your day tour with a visit to the Khan Khalili Bazaar.
