Don’t miss this one! - This was a phenomenal waterfall to see. Easy access for all as well due to most of the walkway being paved. The bus driver was great and told us a lot if history along the way.

Phenomenal Value and perfect amount of time 2- 1/2 hours from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM - This scenic drive was interesting and once at Gudafloss the walk from every angle provided sparking cascading water falls. Armand the driver/tour moderator very well versed since he is a native of Akureyri

Horrible Customer Service - Tour not as Advertised - We booked this excursion as a group experience from the port of Akureri through the booking site Adventures Iceland. Upon arrival, we were disappointed to learn that our group had been divided up between 3 vans ( we had been assured we could all be together via pre-cruise communication). The company representative refused to speak with me on the dock and began directing people to different vans. It ended up splitting family members and help for the two mobility impaired participants. (The van we ended up assigned to had plenty of extra seats that could have accommodated the entire party.) We were told the vans would all stay together during the course of the day - that did not happen. Our driver was rude, rolling his eyes at the inconvenience of a folding wheelchair. The van audio mic did not work for the beginning part of the day and he told us he was sick so could not project his voice. He lied about the procedure at the Myvatn nature baths, telling us we could not participate unless we had made reservations (not true). We were finally made to choose between a lunch break or the baths. It was a miserable day, in a beautiful area, leaving 17 disappointed travelers.
