Awesome Experiences! - Such a great experience! Thor was a great guide and we felt so lucky to get to see some awesome, dancing lights. Thank you, Thor, for driving up and down the road to ensure we found the right spot!

Once in a Lifetime - Our first night in Iceland and what a beautiful evening. Learning about the history and culture of this country and its people. This was more than a tour. It was an experience. Thank you for making such a great memory for us. We will forever want to return.

Amazing northern lights - The experience was amazing. Reynir picked us up at the hotel and drove us outside the town, to escape light pollution. Although the sky was mostly cloudy, he found a couple of clear spots. Shortly after parking, the aurora showed up and we were able to see it for about half hour, until the clouds covered the sky. All this while having hot chocolate and Icelandic doughnuts. I highly recommend this tour.

Amazing Aurora - The experience was amazing. Reynir picked us up at the hotel and drove us outside the town to escape light pollution. Though the sky was mostly clouded, he found a couple of cloudless spots. Shortly after parking, the aurora showed up and were able to see it for about half hour, until the clouds covered them. All this while having hot chocolate and Icelandic doughnuts.

Great Northern Lights Experience - Thank you so very much for a wonderful experience! Reynir is a very seasoned guide who generously shared his knowledge and expertise, right alongside his friendliness and warmth. His experience with the Northern lights was the reason we were able to see the lights at the right time and in the right location. We cannot wait to relive our memories by seeing his beautiful photographs. One thing to keep in mind is that vehicles such as the one we rode in, while perfect for the weather, the back row is challenging to enter/exit for those with mobility limitations. Otherwise, very comfortable and roadworthy.

Best guide ever! - After a week in Iceland without seeing the Northern Lights, I've decided to book a tour to put all chances on our side before the end of our road trip. After seeing the amazing reviews Reynir already had, I quickly made the decision to book this tour. Best decision ever. This is not an impersonal bus tour, this is a super friendly local guide that only do small group (Max 6 but it was only my wife and I when we went). He'll answer all your questions, bring you to the best spot of the night to try your luck, set up his camera so you can monitor the activity, and will even take pictures of you and sent them to you afterwards. So what I'm basically saying is : If you're looking to book a tour, Star Travel is highly recommended. No regrets from our side, it wasn't the craziest sky you can see in some pictures but it was completely magical!

Do yourself a favor and choose Reynir! - From one skeptic to another, you'll not regret choosing to let Reynir be your guide to see the northern lights. He gives you a much more personal experience as opposed to the massive tours down near the capital. From knowing the right places to set up, to explaining everything you might have questions about, to even (in our case) shooting my proposal Reynir does it all. Reynir showed us what to look for and even gave some tips to my fiancé about what works best when trying to capture the Lights in a picture. I can't stress enough how much we suggest and appreciate Reynir for all his help.

Aurora Borealis - We barley saw the Aurora Borealis, but the guide was very kindly and try to do his best. Also the moon was shining and that was a problem

A good chance to see the lights that did not work out, because of the guide from my point of view. - We did not see any Northern lights and in the very last minute our tour was changed for a lower price onem without been offered any compensation. The funny thing is that we eventually saw few lights from our Hotel balcony, once the tour was finished, so I guess that the spots the guide have choosen were not the best ones. What a shame !3 hours in the bus where the heater was not working properly.
