Fun excursions - We booked this excursion through our airline representative at our resort. The snorkelling was great and we saw a lot of fish including a barracuda. Also went swimming in the cave which was an amazing experience. Lunch was included and was very good. The zip lines we also a great experience and we all enjoyed it.

Fun in Cancun/Tulum/Playa Del Carmen - We booked a trip with Aventuras Mayas through BD Experiences.
They were our transport from the Cancun airport to the Grand Fiesta Americana as well. Afterwards they followed up with us via WhatsApp, and offered us some really nice options for a fun day. We chose the extreme snorkeling experience. Our BD Experiences person was Reyna Cayetano. She was great and very communicative.
Our person at Aventuras Mayas was Ricardo Cortez. He spoke great English, and was a great & friendly tour guide for the entire day. We Ziplined through seven towers in the Mayan jungle and then had some lunch! Afterwards we went through the underground cenote’s/caves which was an incredible adventure. After that, we snorkeled in an ocean inlet. Half freshwater & half ocean water. We had wonderful transportation in an air-conditioned Mercedes van and all was done for a fair price.

Ask for Fernanda as a tour guide - My husband and I took the Snorkel Xtreme tour. Our favorite part was the cenotes----BEAUTIFUL! Our tour guide was Fernanda and she was awesome! Fernanda was so friendly and professional. She was great with the kids on our tour and was just so fun to be around. She answered everyone's questions and kept everything light and fun.

Great time - Cortez was an amazing guide! This was such a fun tour. The snorkeling in the lagoon was so cool. The cenotes and zip lining was a blast! Lunch was good and I highly recommend this tour.

Snorkeling - cancun - Overall we felt this was a pretty cool experience! We loved the snorkeling in the lagoon, Cenotes, and zip lines. The rappel was just meh, probably should’ve done a different activity instead. The guides were great and informative. The only downsides really are that the 1) it is quite a distance from the hotel strip, I feel like we were in the van almost half the time we were out so I am certainly glad we did a full day excursion. 2) my husband and I ended up being paired very young ?college girls who were a little unruly and at times disrespectful to our guide making it a bit unpleasant but that was just bad luck on our parts. Overall we were happy though.

Would not recommend - Our tour guide Ivan was fantastic! Super friendly, answered questions and made it a pleasant time.
Price point did not match up with our activities though.
We did a snorkel in the inlet, underground cenote float, 3/5? ziplines, and the atvs through the bush.
All activities were ok, just expensive for time and what we did.
Lunch was sub-par as well.

Horrible traffic makes the tour not worth it - We did the X-trend snorkel tour and while the lagoon was fun, the second swim in the cenote was mediocre at best. The best part was going into cool refreshing water. It was a short swim in a small space. The ziplines were ok but lowish to the ground and not interesting terrain to zip line over.
The worst part and why I regret going on this trip was the traffic. We drove from from Cancun and it took over 2 hours to get to the first location to snorkel. Then we had to wait after our activities at their main site as they combined us with a large group on another tour and we had to wait for them to finish before we could leave. Then, the ride back to Cancun that someone there told me should take 1 hour and 20 minutes ended up taking over 4 hours. It was horrendous as they are working on the road. I would make sure the construction is done before you book if you are coming from Cancun.

Boring and long! - Me and my husband went as a couple and was pair withes a family of 8 with children which made everything take way too long and made everything not enjoyable. On top of the the activities were boring as could be. 10/10 would not recommend. Especially because it was 2 hours away from Cancun and nobody warned us about the ride. It stole a whole day of our vacation and I am very upset about it! Our tour guide was great though. He did the best he could.
