Highly Recommend! - We had a fabulous day with Heriberto! We started early and were one of only two groups in Akumal when tours began—such a special experience. We saw at least 10 sea turtles, two squid, a stingray, and countless colorful fish along the coral reef. Heriberto then took us to a stunning open-air cenote, which we had entirely to ourselves, followed by an awe-inspiring visit to the underground cave at Dos Ojos. He was an excellent, kind, and knowledgeable guide who made the day seamless and memorable. Huge thanks to My Quest Concierge as well—they were incredibly accommodating and let us change our itinerary the night before. A fantastic company with top-notch guides. Couldn’t recommend them more highly!

A great morning visiting great sites with an outstanding guide - We did a half day tour with Abraham. He was outstanding. Our original itinerary was to visit the Tulum ruins and then “swim with the turtles.” On the drive to the ruins, we spoke a bit about cenotes--pools of water in underground caves. My wife and I got really interested in the cenotes. It was a private tour, so I asked Abraham if we could visit a cenote instead of the turtles. After a quick call to his company, he confirmed that he could accommodate us. That was great! Abraham knew an incredible amount about the Mayan culture (as well as the Incas and Aztecs) and had a lot of fascinating information and could answer almost all of our questions. It was a great half day with him. He even laughed at my corny jokes.

Amazing tour with Juan - Our family of four (kids 13 and 11) had an amazing time. Juan was the best and if you have the option, I highly recommend you request him. He picked us up promptly at the designated time and had water for us. We went to the ruins first, which is definitely the way to go as it gets hot there quickly. Juan has led an incredible life, speaks multiple languages and it was a true pleasure hearing his experiences and knowledge of the Mayan culture and history. He is also a former archeologist who worked at the ruins we visited, so his insights while visiting were extremely interesting and appreciated. The snorkeling was also fantastic. Juan connected us with a separate snorkeling guide (who was also great) at the location while he stayed with our belongings. We snorkeled for about an hour and saw 10 or so turtles, a sting ray and lots of different fish. You're not supposed to use sunscreen right before getting in the water (although others did) so if you need it, remember to apply it earlier in the day. We felt completely safe the entire time. It was a great half day tour and highly recommend.

Amazing one of a kind experience - We had a fabulous private tour to Akumal to swim with the turtles and then we went to two Cenotes, one being a cave that we could snorkel in. It had incredible Stalagtites and stalagmites and amazing deep crevices to see with our flashlights. The second Cenote was open air and we were able to swim and jump from a high platform. A few small fish could be seen. Best of all we had a great guide who was so helpful in every way and explained things about the cenotes and the area. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who would like a little more private attention, private transportation, and more relaxed visits based on your own time desires. 5 star excursion for sure!

Best Tour Ever - Tour was amazing. Heriberto was an absolutely fantastic tour guide. His knowledge of Mexican history was vast, but his utter enjoyment when getting to share made for a phenomenal day of touring. He was polite, punctual and probably has never met a stranger, as he shared a smile and kind words with everyone. Totally would recommend to any and everyone. Not enough stars to give.
