Best Tours in Mexico - Two tweens and parents all had a wonderful time visiting Chichinitza, Valladolid, and Akumal with our wonderful guide Josh. We visited two totally different and unique cenotes without crowds. Had the best tacos in town. Saw turtles and rays and never had to worry about lines or parking or figuring out the best guides. Josh took care of it all and we enjoyed things we didn’t even expect to see. We all agreed these tours were the highlight of our trip. Do not hesitate to book a trip!

Incredible family experience - Our family of 3 had a fantastic experience snorkeling with turtles and rays and swimming in the ceynotes. Our guide, Josh arrived promptly at our hotel to pick up up and was so informative not only about our excursion, but about life in Play del Carmen and Mexico overall. He took great care to ensure we were safe and well equipped before snorkeling, we were so lucky to see many fish, turtles, and even two different types of rays. What an incredible experience. Highly recommend this tour, Josh took us out for the most delicious and authentic tacos for lunch.

Unforgettable tour with Leo - The tour company was recommended and booked by our hotel in Tulum beach area. It was exceptional, with our driver and guide, Leo, providing excellent service, knowledge, great conversation and really friendly. The tour itself included snorkeling with turtles, then onto a very special cenote cave experience, another cenote and a great lunch in downtown Tulum.

Great service - Sadly we were not able to see turtles on the day of our tour due to the sea conditions. Sergio contacted us the day before to explain and we really appreciated the honesty. I’m sure a lot of people still went to Akumal that day and were very disappointed, because the weather was great but visibility in the water would have been terrible.
We were offered the choice to delay the tour, choose another of their tours or a full refund. We opted to choose an alternative tour and had a fantastic day out to Tulum, followed by some amazing Cenotes and local tacos.
If we’re ever in the area again we’ll be booking the Akumal Turtles tour again with these guys. Hopefully it’ll work out next time but either way we’d trust them to make the right call for us.

Family day trip swimming with turtles and fish and a beautiful cenote! - This was great! My family was in Tulum for a 5 night trip and this was the perfect activity for us. Our guide picked us up from our hotel and took us right into snorkeling at Akumal. No lines, just direct to our own guide through the reefs and turtles - and offered to take some great family photos while we were snorkeling. The fish and turtles were so close, it felt like we were swimming with them. The guides were very friendly and comforting to our kids (8 & 10).
The cenote was also great, and we’ve been to a few here before - the small group with guide who knows the cave was definitely worth it. After the activities we scooted into downtown Tulum for the best tacos.

Amazing Day! - My wife and I had the pleasure of having Salvador take us to Akumal and Cenote Nohoch. Every part of the day was great, especially the tacos at the end! We saw so many turtles and other sea creatures while snorkeling in Akumal. Cenote was an amazing experience as well. Hopefully we are able to come back and go on another tour with Salvador.

Best time in Mexico!!! - My husband and I recently visited Tulum and decided to do this private tour. I booked this tour for my birthday because I really wanted to see some sea turtles. I was not prepared for how amazing it would be to snorkel so close to sea turtles. And then there was the Cenotes. I can’t even describe how it felt to swim in the cenote. The beauty of being in a dark cave, in clear cold water was therapeutic. Last, the tour ended with the best tacos we have ever eaten. Salvador was our tour guide and he was excellent. He answered all of our random questions and was so much fun to hang out with!!! After we got back to our hotel we decided we needed to do another tour with BTM because the experience was totally worth it. We will never forget our time there. Thank you, Salvador and Sergio! We will bring our daughter next time!!!

Tulum Tour - Highly recommend this company! They were incredibly professional and Josh was a dream. Our family was lucky enough to spend 2 days with him for both the zip-lining and Akumal snorkeling. We felt very well taken care of while learning so much about the area. Please book with them - you won’t regret it.
