Excellent tours with knowledgable guides! - Makis is a knowledgable and friendly guide who has a wealth of information about Santorini, its history and its hidden gems. Was nice to be guided by someone who grew up on the island and had seen it develop over the years. We had a great time in Santorini thanks in no small part to Makis. Highly recommended.

Great intro tour and guide! - This was a great experience with my kids. Makis was great, knowlegable and willing to be flexible. It os a great was to get to know Santorini on your first day. After that, you now have a friend on the island! Plan to spend money at the ruins, black sand beach and the wine was fantastic, i got 4 bottles! Try the sweet!

Excellent excursion! - It was the best tour we could hire to meet Santorini. Stravos was an excellent guide and communication flowed in a very good way. Days before they were aware of what kind of car was better and more comfortable for us for the excursion. The day of the tour was very punctual to pick us up at the agreed point. Before we started he explained very well what we would do on the tour and the order of activities. We knew the whole island from end to end, had the patience to explain in detail each place we visited. Your English is very good! He recommended us a very good restaurant to eat and supported us to take some pictures.

A Truly Special Day in Santorini with Markis (“Mr. Santorini”) - I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to make an exception for this one. Our day in Santorini with Markis Gaveitis, known around here as “Mr. Santorini,” was easily one of the most memorable parts of our entire tri. From the start, it just felt different—in the best way. We took the cable car up from the port (which was an experience in itself—those views!) and met Markis right at the top of the cliff. What really impressed us was how well Markis had communicated with us before we even arrived. He reached out ahead of time, made sure we knew exactly where to meet, and asked about what we were interested in so he could personalize the day. That thoughtfulness meant a lot. We started off exploring Fira, a beautiful town with unbelievable views, winding alleys, and that classic Santorini charm. But the real magic came from hearing Markis talk about it. He shared stories about his own life growing up on the island, his family history, the culture, and just the everyday beauty of living there. It wasn’t rehearsed or scripted—it was real and from the heart. Next, we stopped at a local brewery. Totally relaxed, super friendly, and Markis clearly knew everyone there. We tried some really great beers and learned about how the brewing scene is evolving on the island. It was a fun break, and it felt local—not something you’d find in a brochure. We ended the day at a family owned winery. A winery staff member led the tasting, but Markis gave it that extra layer of meaning. His family has been growing grapes on Santorini for five generations, and the way he talked about the vines, the soil, the climate—you could feel the pride and connection in every word. He wasn’t trying to impress us; he was just sharing what he knew and loved. And that made it all the more special. The whole day felt easy, relaxed, and personal. Markis was funny, kind, and so knowledgeable—but not in a showy way. He listened. He connected. He made us feel like we were more than just another tour group. By the time we said goodbye, we genuinely felt like we’d gotten to know Santorini—not just the sights, but the soul of the island. Wonderful tour and guide of Santorini. - Great tour and hit all the important sites. Lots of great pictures. Our guide Stavros, was perfect. Lots of insight and knowledge of the area having grown up in Santorini. The lunch spot he took us to at the Black Sand Beach had the best pizza we've ever had and the location was perfect. Highly recommend this tour.
