Quaint and quiet Sunday tour - Jenny (Eugene in French) was an incredible guide through the three areas! We especially loved strolling through the streets of Aix en Provence and visiting the markets. Our tour was on a Sunday, so we had the advantage of quiet streets and very little traffic, but we weren’t able to go inside the church in Aix en Provence or into the Notre Dame Le Grande because services were happening, so keep that in mind if you choose this tour on a Sunday. Also, we learned after the fact that museums in Marseille are free the first Sunday of the month, so swapping out the Bona Mere with a museum might have been better, but the views were beautiful so hard to say.

Marseille and Beyond in Provence, breathtaking! - 8 hr. PRIVATE Tour May 12 with Paul our Driver/Guide. We were elated to have him as our guide! A Marseille local who speaks perfect English. On time, professional, safe driver and extremely knowledgeable of Marseille and surrounding area. A perfect balance of free time and guided. We really enjoyed our day and the weather was PERFECT!

Perfect half day trip. Lots to see in a short half day. - This was A perfect alternative to our cruise offerings. For background our family of 8 (ages 7 to 76) were on the Disney Europe cruise. The day excursions for Marseille were either full or not what we wanted to do. Clément was our guide. He was super friendly, laid back and funny. A native from the area, he knew lots of the history of the towns we explored and had personal recommendations for where to go and what to see: all of them Were great. We started in Aix en Provence and ended in Cassis. Our kids were tired and maybe still a little jet lagged, so we didn't do the full list of things Clem suggested we do but he was very flexible and adjusted our day according to the energy levels of the family. After we dropped off everyone agreed, that was a fantastic way to start day one of our trip. It was a perfect blend of sights, shopping and local knowledge. If we were left alone to explore we would have been lost and never would have seen the things we did. That's a value given our brief time in the area. Add the fact Clement is a funny and engaging guy, it made the day perfect.

Clement, a true & native... - Clement, a true & native son of Marseille, weaved together a memorable day touring the area. We traveled to & walked through highlights & old-town charm & streets of Aix en Provence. The visit to Cassis & free time at a restaurant by the sea watching the waves, water and sand were lovely. He brought us to a huge cliff-ridge vista overlooking the whole coast & park around Cassis, and later gave us a 360-degree-view tour of Marseille from the hilltop basilica. This was an excellent day, with a charming guide, who did a great job balancing all the sights and destinations of the tour.

Wonderful day. - Had a great first day in Marseille. Clem our guide was wonderful. Provided lots of information. The day flew by. Saw a lot! Highly recommend.

Unforgettable experience in French coast if Mairseille - We met Silvio at the MSC cruise terminal and from the moment we met him we knew we were in for a great day. He was extremely knowledgeable and very informative throughout the day. Went into detail about the regions nuances of France! Drove us to picturesque locations for some awesome pictures. Highly recommend his services!!

Amazing day - We had a wonderful day with Simon. He was fun, informative, and knowledgeable!! He was punctual and had a great way of keeping us on schedule while enjoying everything that was promised. Highly recommended!

Private excursion - Our guide Jenny was knowledgable and friendly. We loved our private day. We were a group of 8 with different needs and she was able to accommodate each of us. Highly recommend her.

Excellent tour with Eugenie (Jenny) - After missing each other at the cruise terminal, we linked up via WhatsApp and started our tour of Aix, Cassis and Marseille. Full day was spent with Eugenie (Jenny) who took us on a walking tour of Aix, scenic lookout over Cassis, booked lunch in Cassis and then back to Marseille for tour of the Palais Lonchamp (we elected this instead of the cathedral because it was a holiday and it was a great decision). Wonderful day. Eugenie is softspoken and friendly and ever a professional and kind host for our visit. A lovely day with family and friends (6 people in one van). My teen daughter especially enjoyed all the instagramable scenic spots!
