Although my flight... - Although my flight arrived much later, there was excellent communication from my arrival that my driver would meet me outside the arrivals hall and how to get to where my driver was. The ride itself was excellent, efficiently getting to my destination.

Not great for family groups - The car service was over a half an hour late and then they could not bring the vehicle that I requested, so they had to bring two separate vehicles separating my entire family to get to our destination.

Would not recommend. - Wouldn’t do again. It was just a regular small sedan car taxi and not a larger premium van as pictured. There was just three of us but no way we could have fit four in the car. Had to walk a bit outside to find the taxi in the uber area. Could have just walked out of the airport and had the same taxi and half the price.

Small car and too expensive - We had 4 travelers and the car they brought wasn't big enough for us plus luggage. We had to get a taxi as well. Plus the cost was 3x the cost of just a taxi.

A real rip off! - I ordered a “private car” and got a dirty taxi. A taxi ride from DUB to city center is 25-35 Euros. We got a dirty taxi for 85 Euros. Friendly driver, dirty taxi at twice the going rate for a taxi.

Extremely Disappointing – Poor Communication from both Viator and No Show from Driver - I booked a Dublin Airport (DUB) Private Transfer to Dublin City Centre through Viator, which subcontracted the service to Elife. Unfortunately, my experience was frustrating from start to finish. My original flight was canceled late at night, and I was rebooked. As soon as I had my new flight details, I contacted Viator around 11:58 PM, informing them I’d now be arriving on KLM KL1141 at 4:40 PM on June 9. I was assured by the Viator rep that it wouldn’t be a problem and that they would notify Elife. They also told me to contact Elife through the app—which I did immediately. The next morning, I followed up with both Viator and Elife again. At 6:13 AM, I messaged Elife to confirm they received my updated flight info. At 11:58 AM, they replied, “Yes and we are processing.” Then at 12:15 PM, they claimed, “I got the news that the driver is chatting with you and decided to pick you up right.” This was completely false—I had never been in touch with any driver at that point. When I landed in Dublin, there was no driver waiting. I called Viator, who simply patched me through to Elife. The person I spoke to said the driver would arrive in 20 minutes. Then, at 5:34 PM, Elife texted that they had no record of my updated arrival time and still had me booked for 9:45 AM—despite my multiple updates. They said a driver would now be there in 10–15 minutes, meaning I’d have been waiting at least 45 minutes after landing. At that point, I had lost all confidence in Elife’s reliability and honesty. I contacted Viator again and said I no longer wished to use the service and wanted a full refund. To make matters worse, Viator took no real action to help me. All they did was repeatedly say, “You’ll need to reach out to Elife.” Even after I explained the situation and Elife’s false claims, they made no effort to resolve the issue or advocate on my behalf. I honestly feel that Viator is just as culpable as Elife for the complete breakdown in communication and service. This was an incredibly stressful and disappointing experience after an already exhausting travel day. I do not recommend this transfer service, and I will think twice before ever booking through Viator again if this is how they handle customer issues and failed services provided by their partners.
