Very Professional Company No Regrets! - Our round-trip transfer was excellent. The communication was on point! I didnt have to guess or wonder where to meet for the pickup. John(owner), shared lots of information about the Island on the way to the resort. He made the hour and half transport pass quickly. I wasn't ready for the winding roads. He handled them like the professional that he is. Our return back to the airport with Colonel(sp) was just as great. We arrived at the pickup location about 30 minutes early. Colonel was already there waiting. He's an awesome young man with a promising future. You won't regret booking your transport and island tour with this company!

Highly recommend - Lovely & easy experience. Driver was very very friendly and professional. The driver drove me & my boyfriend other places that we needed to go which made our trip very enjoyable and easy. Would highly recommend.

Not just a transfer, it is an adventure! - Our transfer relaxing and adventurous. John got us to our destination in plenty of time with amenities along the way. He pointed out scenic spots and wildlife. He even filled us in on the people and customs of St. Lucia. I highly recommend Xceptional Tours.

First class transfers at a reasonable price - After a long flight it was great to be met by a friendly and helpful driver to take us to our hotel. He packed everything into the mini van, which was clean and more importantly cooled by AC. The journey to the resort is well over an hour but flew by as we were given lots of information about the Island. The return trip was just as good and I cannot recommend Xceptional Tours highly enough. The transfer via the tour operator was 3 times more expensive - so we saved money and had a first class service. Comms were great via WhatsApp. If you going to St Lucia don't book the transfer with the tour company and use these guys - you wont be disappointed.
