After speaking to a... - After speaking to a colleague, we decided to use a private transfer to avoid waiting in long lines at our cruise terminal. I spoke to a very kind lady to set up our travel arrangement. We were disconnected during our conversation. I was hoping for a call back. She didn’t phone back, however she did email me with our travel information. We were contacted by the private transfer dispatch. I gave them our travel destination, the name of the ship, as well as the potential arrival time of 10am. We arrived early at 9:30am. and they weren’t prepared for that. This was understandable. We spoke to the driver. He was at the wrong terminal of the port. Again, we felt that was possible. We told him where we were, and again he went to the wrong area into the taxi line. We had to have the wheel chair transport assist me and my husband to the other side of the port into the taxi line with our luggage to the car. The description of the transfer said bottled water, knowledgeable driver with local tips and recommendations, no waiting in taxi lines. The driver was on the wrong side, as well as in the taxi line. We weren’t offered any water. He did not give any tips or recommendations of local highlights. The interior of the vehicle was not clean. The vehicle did not sound good with a possible engine or transmission issue, whenever our driver accelerated the vehicle it seemed to surge, and jerk. Our driver was polite and asked about our trip, after that there wasn’t any further dialogue. I would not use them in the future. In fact, we used a taxi service from our hotel, which had a clean interior, ran smoothly and was $40 less, and a much smoother ride.

Bad - We ended up not being able to use this because we had 2 extra pieces of luggage. They did not send an appropriate size vehicle to even accommodate the three passengers and 1 large and I carry on luggage. After we waited and were told they were sending someone else, nothing happened. Ended up taking a taxi which was much cheaper!!! No money back either.
