However, it’s important to note that our drivers often have more than three scheduled services. While we commit to waiting as long as necessary for delayed flights, in rare cases, we might not be there immediately if your flight arrives early. We kindly ask for your patience, assuring you will never wait more than 15 minutes. If the wait exceeds 20 minutes, we will transport you to your destination and refund your payment. Please remain inside the airport if we notify you of a slight delay.

For your return, we recommend departing 4 hours before your flight. Typically, the journey takes between 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes, but we prefer to allow an extra 30 minutes. We usually arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time, but road conditions may cause slight delays. Again, if the delay exceeds 20 minutes, we will transport you to the airport free of charge.

Viator does not permit adding a pick-up time, but you can include the day and time in the “Special Requirements” section. Adding the day in Special Requirements is unnecessary for “One Way Airport Transportation” bookings, which allow you to add the date but not the time. For “Roundtrip Transportation” bookings, please include the day and time in Special Requirements to ensure it appears when we search for your reservation.

Drivers are scheduled the day before, so please contact us at least 24 hours in advance with your desired pick-up time. This is important because some clients are unreachable by message, email, or WhatsApp and inform us only hours before their desired pick-up time.
