Upon receiving the reservation, the operator will reach out via WhatsApp to request the flight’s arrival time and the details of the hotel or accommodation. When the passenger arrives at the airport, the operator will be there with a vehicle ready for boarding. The coordinator will provide the vehicle’s license plate and the driver’s name via WhatsApp. The driver will then transport the passenger to their reserved accommodation, whether it is a hotel or a vacation rental.
