Great Experience - We recently went on a 7-day trip to Sri Lanka, and initially, we were unsure about the availability and reliability of local taxi services. But to our surprise, the taxi service we used turned out to be extremely reliable. Excellent!! - My boyfriend and I used Less Taxi multiple times during our Sri Lanka trip - they were GREAT! Communication was excellent and at a decent price compared to other taxi firms. All drivers were punctual, we have no complaints. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect taxi in Sri Lanka also for longer trips - We have been helped very well by the drivers of Less taxi. Always correct pick up, pleasant and flexible drivers and correct price. Angelic Service - In the past, whenever I traveled abroad, my mother would call me, take care of my travel details, and ensure everything went smoothly. However, during my last trip to Sri Lanka, I experienced something extraordinary. Through the internet, I connected with travel agents who arranged everything—from airport transfers to hotel pickups and even a middle-of-the-night transfer at 3 AM to bring me back to the airport. It felt as if my mother’s angelic soul was guiding and taking care of every detail from heaven, ensuring I reached the hotel safely and returned home without any trouble. The service was exceptional. From the moment I left my country until I returned, at least four dedicated individuals were involved in managing my arrival, transfers, and departure with utmost care. Highly recommend very safe - Amazing taxi pick up at airport. Always kept in touch. Very polite and kind drivers. Clearly waited for me at arrivals with a name board. So easy to find my driver. Highly recommend for solo female travellers. Felt very safe. They text you the full registration of the car and driver.

Wonderful and safe - Had a wonderful experience with the travel agency. They were meticulous and prompt in communication and arrangements. We were a group of 6 girls in a new country, and our driver partner Mr. Daya was extremely considerate, kind and resourceful. We felt very comfortable and safe throughout the trip.

First memorable visit to Sri Lanka - This was our first visit to Sri Lanka . Team Less taxi make it memorable. Starting from staring there team was in touch for all updates.
