Jetski tour - So much fun. The instructor was really friendly and helpful. The water was a little choppy, but nice and warm. Would definitely recommend.

We had the most fun... - We had the most fun jetting around the harbour and out in the open sea. My husband saw two sea turtles which was amazing. Our guide was fantastic, he was clear with instructions and really helpful. Had the best time

Great fun! - This was so much fun! It was so beautiful out on the water. Jade was a fantastic guide! Would highly recommend! Everything was simple, from meeting at the cafe, to going through the safety demo, through to the JetSki ride itself. Great to get the adrenaline running after spending a few days relaxing on a cruise ship

Great time on the tropical waters of Airlie Beach 🏝️ - Had a thorough good time skimming, weaving and fanging through the mild chop. Wasn’t a flat day but the experience was far from that. Our instructor Sammy from Argentina ensured we got the most of the tour inc. a 5min rest stop to change drivers half way through if we liked. Felt amazing giggling underneath the tropical skies! Highly recommend and great value for money. Be sure to lather up on the sunscreen prior and wear inexpensive polaroids for maximum comfort. 5 🤩

First timer - Had no experience and had a 12 yr old on the back for my first time jet skiing.. great experience only wish I had more experience before I went as it would have been full throttle! Nathan was confident and helpful and those on the tour great company.

Airlie Beach Jet Ski Safari - Great value for money! We got one jet ski to share and our guide let us change drivers half way through. Highly recommend!

Slow and short - We were on the jet ski for 40 minutes, not 60 minutes, which is the experience lasting time advertised when you purchase. There were very slow drivers in the group, who slowed down the rest. Was expecting a bit more fun and pace.🫤

Cancelled Tour - No Refund - I had my JetSki Tour cancelled on the 4th Feb due to unsafe weather conditions at Airlie Beach. Fair enough as visibility was extremely poor due to heavy rains that the region copped while we were there. The tour guide made the right decision and informed the group that he would email the office and we would all get refunded our $179 back into the account from which we paid for the tour. I received an email confirmation later that day stating a refund request had been sent to their accounts team and to expect the refund within 10 days from the 4th Feb and should the funds not appear back on my account - to ring the number provided to sort it out. It got to the 14th Feb and no refund so I called the number provided. I was out on hold whilst they contacted the accounts team on my behalf. I was told that they were processing the refund that day and to expect my refund later that afternoon or the next day for sure. Next day - no refund. The day after. Still no refund. I phoned again - got placed on hold again whilst they spoke to their accounts team. I was told once again that the team were processing my refund that day and to expect it later that day or definitely the day after. Waited another 2 days. Still nothing. I have been calling daily now in the hopes my refund will come through. Today the 21st Feb (17 days after the tour) and still nothing. I have just phoned again and got the same story. They have my booking number - my full name and also the credit card number used to pay for the tour yet still nothing. Just be aware that if you book this company for a tour and they cancel it - getting your money back is a terrible experience. We had other bookings whilst on holiday at Airlie Beach from other providers that were cancelled due to the weather also but each and everyone one of them provided timely refunds except GSL Marine. Really poor form from a tour company.

Extremely poor experience... - Extremely poor experience where we waited over 40 mins, only to be told they don't have a jetski for us and turned us away. This was after waiting 30 mins for the instructor to show up, watching the briefing video and signing all paperwork. Wasted my time and huge disappointment. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
