Ask for Filio - great tour guide! - We went with Filio around Machu Picchu, showing us the best sites, giving us the history of the site, and taking so many pictures for us. We had such a great time with him that we went out for supper and a drink after. It was one of our favourite days. Recommend you ask for Filio :)

Epic tour of Machu Picchu - Roberto met us at our hotel promptly before our bus ride from August Calientas to Machu Picchu. We absolutely loved our tour with him. He was friendly, knowledgeable about the Inca culture and history and spoke English clearly so we could understand all of the details. We enjoyed following him through Circuit 2 and were thankful for all the beautiful photos he took of our family. Thank you Roberto! May God bless you and your family!

Wonderful insight into Machu Picchu and the Incan culture - We had a great experience with Filio as our guide. He was ready and waiting at our hotel early. He helped us navigate to Machu Picchu and then gave us a very informative and interesting tour. He had a vast knowledge of the site as well as the Incan culture in general. When finished he even offered to accompany us to lunch to discuss more. Highly recommended

Excellent tour guide.... - Excellent tour guide. Very helpful. We traveled with 2 small kids and the guide was very considerate of their abilities and took care to include them. He is very knowledgeable of the area and provided an exceptional overview of Machu Picchu.

From the start, she was incredibly attentive and tailored the experience to our interests, making the tour feel personal and thoughtful rather than cookie-cutter. Sara’s knowledge of Machu Picchu is impressive—she shared detailed historical context, fascinating cultural insights, and even pointed out native plants along the way. Her storytelling brought the entire site to life, weaving in local legends and anecdotes that added so much depth to the experience. What really stood out was her care and attention to the small details. She even helped us score a reservation at a fantastic local restaurant after the tour—a delicious bonus to an already amazing day. Amazing experience!!!! - Roberto was an amazing guide! Not only was he very knowledgeable about Machu Picchu but kindly shared his Incan culture with us as well. This definitely added to our experience. Another added bonus was the fantastic spots he found for our group pictures and perfected them down to the poses! By the end of the tour he felt like our friend. We would definitely recommend Roberto to anyone coming to Machu Picchu!!

We ❤️ Roberto! - Roberto was an absolute delight! He showed up early and helped us navigate some challenging issues at the monument and with return travel! Not only was he extremely knowledgeable on the history of the Incas, but he ordered a special Peruvian lunch of Cuy from a friend in Aguas Calientes and we all enjoyed lunch together. He took so many amazing pictures of our family! We absolutely loved spending the day with him! He was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly.

Excellent tour guide - Toro is experienced and informational while being patient and very helpful. - My daughter and I booked a two day trip to see Machu Picchu saying the night in Aguas Calientes. Our guide, “Toro” met us at the train station and helped us get our luggage to the hotel, and was very informational on what we needed to take on the first tour. After that tour, he had already made reservations at apu salkayay where we had a delicious late lunch. The second day he met us bright and early at our hotel and helped us to avoid long lines to get us up the mountain in record time! Again we had lunch at a wonderful restaraunt called Full House where we tried a local dish of Alpaca and potatoes and rice in a flavorful sauce. Toribio (Toro) is very intelligent and informational about the Machu Picchu history and explained the Sacred, Astronomical, and agricultural significance of the site. He showed us local fauna and explained how it has been used by the people of Peru for centuries! He also informed us of the original names in the ancient language of Quechua. So COOL! Tora was extremely patient with my pace and also took some awesome photos of my Daughter and I at the site. He got us thru long lines with expertise I highly recommend Toro as a tour guide for all things Inca and Peru! Ask for him!

Great Day at Machu Picchu - We had an amazing day at Machu Picchu! Toro was a great guide who was knowledgeable, fun, and took some amazing photos of us. He made sure we were both ok walking around the ruins and allowed us to stop whenever we wanted. I would highly recommend!
