The tour guide was very... - The tour guide was very kind and knowledgeable. She thought of everything and even brought me a sandwich and some fruit. This is a private tour with just the guide and you. It's very much worth the money. She's able to tailor the tour to your needs. This was the best tour I've taken in PR.

Terrible - Not as advertised. Broken equipment, trespassing through private property climbing rusted gates and barbwired fences, avoiding farmers cows. 👎🏽 We tried to make the best of it but eventually asked to be brought back 2 hours early we spent 4 of it crammed in a car on the high way. When we asked for a refund they gave us 15% of the 900 back. Also when they say exclusive places only locals would know they mean Gazolandia water fall and Ship wreck beach, you’ll find about 200 tourist there on any given day you can take yourself there for 20 bucks my group already went to Gazolandia the day before because it’s a tourist attraction. We went snorkeling and the equipment was broken and one of us had to use the tour guides personal snorkel (gross) we were out in the water and had to guide ourselves we left after 20 minutes. He then took us to a 30 year old pyramid, no offense to whoever made it with the primitive tools of the 80’s but I came for waterfalls and snorkeling. After he attempted to take us to two other spots and was left scrambling after the roads were closed ( You’d think for 150 a person you’d have a little more preparation ) We went to one water fall that was nice but to get to it we had to climb through a rusted gate on a farm that said keep out. Had some laughs at the water fall for an hour (the only good experience) the Guide couldn’t tell us what type of animals lived there, how old the water falls was, a patch of the fall was hot water and was bubbling I asked why he sad “not sure but it’s very interesting” “ yeah it is interesting I wish I had an expert of the land to tell me I think it’s called a tour guide”. After we left the waterfall the farmers cows were blocking our path so we had to crawl through barbed wire fences to avoid the cows. That was the entire day and we didn’t want anymore surprises we cut it short. I hope no one gets scammed like I did. If I got more than 15% back at least I could say viator respects there customers. Apparently that was worth 766 dollars.
