Feel the fear do it anyways 😊 - This was an amazing experience, got picked up from our hotel very early on time and brought to our hot air balloon destination, our driver was safe and friendly, Tea and buns on arrival, out pilot was amazing , sunrise was more than expected flight was smooth what an experience, we than ended with a great breakfast of omelette breads fruits yogurts tea /coffee, and flight certificate Amazing experience would give it 10/10

Hot air balloon ride at sunset in agadir - We booked this through the tui app, From booking the trip I had a welcoming what app message keeping me updated from start to finish, with a pick up time and informing me with information. We were picked up later then pick up time which was 20mins. Are driver was lovely and welcoming got us there in no time. We arrived with welcoming tea & coffee, the pilot Bruno sat us down and give us a safety briefing before getting the balloon on way. The balloon experience was amazing a must see for anyone. The whole experience was fantastic. Would recommend. The views were beautiful, after landing the team picked us up to be taking back to the tents for some breakfast refreshments, everyone was friendly and welcoming.

Hot Air Balloon Experience - We loved this experience, pickup was late due to heavy traffic and was abit of a rush to get up before sunrise, however this did not effect our experience. Whole team looked after us very well and felt safe throughout the experience. Would definitely recommend.

Hot Air Balloon - Magical.... one of the best experiences I have done. From start to finish, we were welcomed warmly. The only downside was that the weather was not the best, so we couldn't watch the sunrise, but to see Camels roaming was as good. The breakfast was good and filling after a long early morning. Thank you to all involved in making my experience all the more pleasant 😊

Amazing! - Amazing experience, couldn't fault any part of it, everybody was so friendly and welcoming. The balloon ride was incredible. Woiod definitely do again with this company.

Great memories - We loved our experience, the taxi arrived on time, we were welcomed and made to feel comfortable and safe. Agna was very professional and felt very assured by her explanations and experience, she instructed us well on how to get the best from our experience. We were grateful, for the refreshments on offer. We were impressed with the facility. The team were great to, hard working and friendly. Thank you for a truly memorable experience the views were amazing and the sense of peace you felt while in the air was unbelievable.

The hot balloon it self... - The hot balloon it self was really good and our instructor was amazing. We went on a day which was cloudy but he was able to get us above the clouds to see the sunrise. When we arrived we were kinda left on our own to sit and wait as they were running late with the ballon. And during breakfast we were left on our own. The food we received was very tasty and was plenty for us. I think some more interaction with our hosts and maybe some information about the city or the area we were in would have been good.

It's a shame - The trip was cancelled last minute no reason given, after we tried to find out the pick up time and tried to re book the trip wasn't available. Considering we only booked two days beforehand. On the good side it says that the money has been refunded.
