No interest in attending - The welcome too protocol and expeditious - Meal too long, a half hour even no show. The formula is to be reviewed

Ignored, Unwelcome and dismissed - We booked this excursion through our tour operator many months in advance. We were collected, along with other people from different hotels (10 English & 5 French). When we arrived (as a group) we were ushered straight to back of arena (other groups got opportunities to take pictures). Then we were took to one of the little open dining areas, to be told we could not enter. We were then ushered to the back to be put in a closed, extremely dark and hot room. We explained this was unacceptable however staff were dismissive and uninterested in our opinions….Until the French family spoke and waiter realised they were French and his attitude changed. He moved them away from us (they eventually were seated in an open restaurant and I don’t blame them for accepting (they were a nice family)). When I asked why this was he informed me English and French don’t get on and don’t mix (news to me and if this is the case, don’t allow English to the show and accept our money). After an hour of backwards and forwards ( being offered seating behind the fence away from the show) we were eventually seated outside. Further waited (30mins) to be offered a drinks menu u til eventually I went to bar myself. From arriving at 8pm, we were the last to be served food at 10,30pm (children had fully gone past hunger and feeling sick). The show itself started at midnight, which comprised of the horses (3x) ran the length of the stadium l, fired a gun and stopped. A belly dancer for 5 mins Acrobats who blew fire 10 mins Not saying these things aren’t impressive but whole show lasted 30 minutes. Dissatisfied, disappointed, outraged and over £200 lighter. Positive - the others in the group were extremely nice people.
