Not for the faint hearted! - I have never had a hammam before so was very excited to experience this. Collect from the hotel on time and the driver spoke excellent English. The facilities we were taken to were very clean and friendly. The ladies that provided the hammam were lovely but the process is very rough and being brushed very painful. That was not reflection on the service as my husband has had many and said that was very normal. The massage was excellent and we enjoyed the 2 hour experience. Be aware that if you have never experienced a hammam or Turkish bath your skin may react like mine which came out in blisters due to the exfoliating of the skin. That is not the fault of the salon as I have sensitive skin.

2 hour couples hamman and massage - Had a lovely evening hamman and massage and enjoyed the experience as a couple. Hamman was fabulous, skin feels soft and rejuventated and massage was excellent, wanted a strong massage and came away feeling totally chillaxed. Ladies were lovely and very professional. Only reason for 4/5 is driver was 25minutes late but to be fair to Amarok, they did respond to my messages when I questioned as to whether he was still collecting us. Overall a great massage/hamman and good value for money.

Absolutely Dreadful - To be honest this was my seconed time there with this place, last I came with my son and this time with my wife, I have had 100% better Hammam in Turkey and in Casa, it’s was absolutely dreadful , the women giving hammam had very awful smell like bad BO, the Hammam experience was nasty you spoilt my wedding anniversary and birthday. We had hell experince.

Check for noise before you book - There was constant drilling and banging noise for 2 hours which ruined the experience for our first time in Morocco if there was no noice we would have enjoyed the full experience
